- Man, 40, hurried with a heighted arm to the hospital
- Teen, 19, accused of serious physical injury
A father is in the hospital to undergo an emergency surgery to re -confirm his right arm, who was reportedly cut by his own son with a Samurai sword outside of their suburban house.
Jaxon Jai Trinidad, 19, would have used the weapon to move his father's arm in the biceps after the couple had entered a violent confrontation on Wednesday.
The police were called to a house in Collins Street in the outskirts of Kalgoorlie of Picadilly, In the Goldfields of West -Australia, after reports of a serious attack.
When the officers arrived, they found the father of Trinidad, James Nybo, cut off with his right arm and in a life -threatening state.
The 40-year-old was rushed to the Kalgoorlie Hospital before he was flown to the Royal Perth Hospital for further treatment.
Trinidad was arrested on Thursday and was accused of one count of aggravated serious physical injury, a count of wearing or possessing a transmission weapon and two counts of possessing a controlled weapon.
He was refused bail and was confronted on Friday with the Hof van Kalgoorlie Magistrate.
Police Officer of Justice Senior Agent Matthew FullgraBe said that the Trinidad court had the sword after hearing A commotion outside his house, the ABC reports.

Nybo was reportedly armed with a baseball bat outside and had previously sent threatening texts to Trinidad, the court heard.
Once outside, Trinidad would have withdrawn the sword in an attempt to scare his father he had told to take off 'f ***'.
Nybo would then have used the baseball bat to hit the window of a car before he “put it on the head,” said Mrs. Fullgrabe.
This is when Trinidad reportedly had used the sword to break the arm of his father, causing it to be on the road, the court was told.
“The accused panic and ran inside, causing the victim to bleed abundantly on the road,” said Mr. Fullgrabe.
Mr. FullgraBe said the sword was reportedly left for the house in Trinidad, the stage fled before handing it over itself the next day in the police station of Kalgoorlie.
The court heard that Mr. Nybo was still in the hospital, where he is undergoing an emergency operation to re -confirm the arm that has not been successful so far.
Trinidad did not go into his plea and the only time he spoke to confirm his identity.
The court heard that Trinidad had no criminal record prior to the alleged incident.
Magistrate William Yoo said that Trinidad would probably be confronted with an immediate prison sentence.
Half a dozen members of his family are deemed to have arrived in court to support the teenager, whereby his grandmother offers a deposit to secure his release.
The magistrate ordered a house detention report and the report of the family violence to determine whether electronic monitoring was suitable for the release of Trinidad.
An application for his bail was refused and the court was postponed until March 14.
