Donald Trump has set his sights on the postal service of the United States, since his administration wants to dismantle the federal bureaucracies and blown up federal bureaucracy.
In the midst of widespread reconfiguration of government agencies led by billionaire Elon Musk and his team at Doge, Trump is considering resolving the leadership of the postal service within a few days, the Washington Post reported.
It would be the latter in a series of Bombshell decisions made since he returned to the White House, including the dismissal of thousands of federal employees and the removal of diversity, equity and inclusion as part of his dedication to 'finish the swamp feed '.
According to the report, Trump is considering absorbing the independent postal agency in his administration, so that the fear of widespread dismissals or changes are going on the top, can striff trillions of dollars of e-commerce orders.
The publication quoted six anonymous sources that claimed that Trump is considering signing an executive order this week, which would bring the 250-year-old service to the assignment of the Commerce department and secretary Howard Lutnick.
A spokesperson for the White House denied that such an executive order was planned.
It is only a few days after reports Louis Dejoy, the head of the service that has more than 500,000 career workers and another 115,000 non-career employees, intend to resign.
In a letter on Monday, Postmaster General Dejoy asked the Postal Service Board of Governors to look for his successor.

“As you know, I worked tirelessly to lead the 640,000 men and women of the postal service when achieving an extraordinary transformation,” he wrote.
“We have served the American people through an unprecedented pandemic and through a period of high inflation and sensational politics.”
DeJoy took the helm from the postal service in the summer of 2020 during the first term of President Donald Trump.
He was a Republican donor who owned logistics activities before he took office and was the first postmaster general in almost two decades that was not an employee in the career.
The Board of the Postal Service has reportedly already searched for external legal advice and would consider sue the White House if Trump carries out his planned acquisition.
But lawsuits against Trump and Musk's Doge have done little to stop the progress they have made.
Thousands of employees of the federal government have shown the door in the first month of the new Trump administration.
Doge estimates that so far it has saved $ 55 billion in 'a combination of fraud detection/removal, contract/lease -cancellations, contract/lease negotiations, assetal purchase, subsidy -annulations, personnel reductions, programmatic changes and regulatory savings . ''

Trump signed an executive order earlier in the week, so that he could make the most powerful president in history
The majority of the savings come from cutbacks on USAID, the Ministry of Education and the Office of Personnel Management.
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) was recently placed under the microscope, with an order to cut 6,000 employees from Thursday.
The order is expected to be in the first place influence on probation, in accordance with the majority of staffing on the departments.
Trump signed an executive order earlier in the week so that he could make the most powerful president in history.
The New Order tries to start 'independent agencies' by seizing different departments that act normally in accordance with the congress, so that they are under the control of the executive power in the White House.
The order repeats that “all executive power is established by the president,” and he and attorney general will interpret the law, leaving Trump free of congress and judicial supervision.
All agencies will have to be submitted to the White House for the review for assessment and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) will ensure that 'tax dollars are spent wisely'.
Musk has rejected every criticism that he acts as if he were the American president and says that none of Trump's cabinet members were chosen and that he regards his role as facilitating Trump's agenda.

It only comes a few days after reports Louis Dejoy, the head of the service that employs more than 500,000 career workers and another 115,000 employees without a career, intend to resign
“The president is the elected representative of the people, so it represents the will of the people,” said Musk in a joint interview with Trump about Hannity.
“And if the bureaucracy fights the will of the people and prevents the president from implementing what people want, then what we live is a bureaucracy and not democracy.”
But an attempt to make such radical changes to the postal service will probably attract legal pushback and criticism, since it is one of the most worshiped systems in the US.
Between 1775 to 1970, the American postal system was part of the White House and the presidents would designate allies as Postmaster General.
Trump showed an interest in seeing the post service in December, and said: 'There is a lot of talk about the Post -Service that is being taken privately.
'It is very different today, between Amazon and UPS and Fedex and all the things you didn't have. But that is the case. It is an idea that many people have enjoyed a long time. '
Even without any confirmation from Trump, rumors about the acquisition have led to collapse among his critics.
Mark Dimondstein, president of the American Postal Workers Union, said that such an action would amount to a 'hostile takeover'.
“If the rumors are true, the dismissal of the board of the post of the post and the transfer of control is a shameful and illegal hostile acquisition, essentially a raid on an independently operated public institution,” he said.
Rep. Gerald Connolly issued a destructive explanation and notes: “Privatization of the postal service is an attack on the access of Americans to critical information, benefits and life -saving medical care.”
