Elon Musk reveals the dire consequence if federal employees don’t respond to email asking ‘what they got done’

Elon Musk has threatened all federal employees with termination if they do not respond to his upcoming e -mail asking what they did last week during the clock.

“In accordance with the instructions of President @realdonaldrump, all federal employees will soon receive an e -mail in which they will be asked to understand what they did last week,” he wrote on X.

“Not responding will be taken as a dismissal,” added the Space X founder.

It is unclear whether this threat can be legally maintained or whether it violates American labor laws.

Many federal employees are also trade union, which usually offers extra security measures when it comes to forcing the employer to be 'just a cause'.

Moreover, many trade unions have already started suing the Department of Government Efficiency (Doge) and the Trump administration for the Bulldoz by departments and influencing the jobs of many federal employees.

So even if Musk continues with his threat, it is likely that a union would fight back against the resignation.

When Trump and Musk tried to put 2,200 USAID employees on paid leave, two trade unions complained and won a temporarily limiting order – which has since been reversed.

Judge Carl J. Nichols, who was appointed by Trump in 2019, indicated on 7 February a temporary house ban that the President blocked to place 2,200 USAID employees on paid leave.

Two trade unions associated with the agency had filed a last-minute lawsuit in an attempt to save it after Trump argued that the overseas auxiliary agency is not a valuable use of tax money and wanted to dismantle it.

They claim that the government violated the US constitution and that USAID employees had damage to the burden, but Nichols wrote on Friday in a decision that they had not proven that USAID employees are irreparably damaged.

Nichols, however, also noted that this could change in the future if Trump and Musk's Doings take place.

As the purification of many federal jobs continues, Musk said he would look at the X proposal of James Fishback of a 'doge dividend', that each American household would give a $ 5,000 stimulus, saved the money by the department of the billionaire.

Musk replied that he was 'curious', but said he 'will contact the president'.

Fishback doubled his proposal on CNN, where he came in a heated exchange with host Michael Smerconish.

Musk's remarks about termination came after his alleged baby Mama brought a lawsuit to paternity and guardianship.

Ashley St. Clair, 26, submitted a petition in New York on Friday and asked for total custody of her son, who goes through RSC in the court documents, and for Musk, 53, to take a paternity test.

As part of the exhibitions for the Paternity -Petition, the Conservative FireBebrand shared a photo of Musk that held her son, who was born in September last year.

Alleged SMS reports from the birth of the child were also added to the suit, including one of the day the boy was born.

St. Clair had sent Musk a photo of her who held the newborn in the delivery room.
