SMS messages between Elon Musk and his new baby Mama Ashley St. Clair have been unveiled after the Maga influencer has filed a lawsuit against the Doge Chief.
St. Clair, 26, submitted a petition in New York on Friday and asked for total custody of her son, who goes through RSC in the court documents, and for Musk, 53, to do a paternity test.
As part of the exhibitions for the Paternity -Petition, the Conservative FireBebrand shared a photo of Musk that held her son, who was born in September last year.
Text exchanges were also added in the suit, including one of the day the boy was born.
St. Clair had sent Musk a photo of her who held the newborn in the hospital, apparently on the day he was born.
“Everything fine?” Musk replies. To which she answers: “He is perfect.” Musk replied: “I am looking forward to seeing you and him this weekend.”
In another, St. Clair sent him a selfie of himself and a friend, to which Musk answers: 'Hello Cutie', she answers: 'Hello, goodbye'.
The Tesla -Baas and 'First Buddy' and then answers: 'I want to beat you up again'.

Other messages show that Musk is talking about a credible death threat in his life and said that he was '#2 after Trump for murder'.
He says to her: 'Wake up. This is not the moment for sentiment at the expense of safety. If I make a mistake about security [REDACTED] Will never know his father. '
St. Clair replies: “That is why the father is good at his birth certificate, E. Everything has my last name.”
St. Clair says that Musk has only met the boy three times and that she is the only parent who makes decisions on behalf of the child.
She claims that Musk was not present before the birth of their child and did not show an interest in having custody.
According to the court documents, St Clair says that she believes that the child was conceived on the island of St. Barths.
By applying for an order for genetic tests, she adds: 'I am not currently married to the respondent or another person.
'I had no sexual intercourse with another man in the time the child was conceived.
“I ask for an order for genetic tests to determine the child's paternity.”
In her guardianship bag, St. Clair writes that it is in the best interest of the child that she has some legal and physical custody.
She claims that the Musk met the boy for the first time on September 21, 2024, in New York City, where she lives for two hours.
The three would then have spent an hour together the next day, followed by a trip to Austin, Texas, in which he met the boy for 30 minutes.

She announced the baby in a post on the evening of Valentine's Day and said: 'Five months ago I welcomed a new baby in the world. Elon Musk is the father.
'I have not announced this before to protect the privacy and safety of our child, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media want to do this, regardless of the damage it will cause.
'I intend to grow our child in a normal and safe environment. For that reason, I ask that the media honor the privacy of our child and abandon invasive reporting. '
Shortly after the announcement, Musk wrote a cryptic post to X in response to a fan who said that making 'another baby' was another 'side quests' by Musk. Musk responded with crying smiling emoji.
DailyMail.com revealed that about a year ago St. Clair moved to a chic apartment in Manhattan near the town hall, which cost around $ 12,000 to $ 15,000 a month.
