Historian Niall Ferguson claims that the United States can go on his way to the same ruin of every previous advanced civilization if it does not solve his debt problem.
Ferguson, the Milbank Family Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, believes that Donald Trump's attempts to build could cost the US more than the value.
