According to reports, a flight from American Airlines from JFK Airport to Delhi was diverted under a fighter jet after a bomb threat.
American Airlines Flight 292 flew near Turkmenistan when it made a U-turn and was based in Rome because of a 'possible security problem', the airline said.
The airline – who is still faltering of its catastrophic collision with a Black Hawk -Helikopter that everyone killed on board in Washington DC last month – confirmed the test on Sunday.
The plane, a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, which wore around 285 passengers, was accompanied by the Alert by two Italian Air Force Typhoon Warplanes.
It was eventually grounded in Rome, Italy, at 11.15 am Est.
American Airlines said: 'Safety and security are our top priorities and we thank our customers for their understanding. We work closely with local authorities and will offer updates as the situation develops. '
According to Flight Radar 24, the plane was well -founded due to a bomb threat. Italian authorities deal with the situation.

Earlier this month, a flight from the American Airlines was delayed more than four hours when a passenger arrived at Austin Airport with their WiFi hotspot stored as 'I have a bomb'.
The police boarded flight 2863, on their way to Charlotte, and asked the passenger to identify himself, assessing it could be a 'joke'.

All passengers were eventually pulled off the plane and kept in the gate before they were again screened at the security, view from the wing reports.

“In the end we were able to go on board again and to rise, but the whole thing was just so furious because they could not even determine who the hell did this,” a passenger shared.
This happened in the midst of a disturbing start of the year before the aviation industry.
America suffered a new tragedy when a full passenger jet collided with an American army helicopter and in January in the Potomac River of Washington DC.
The collision took place when the flight of the American Airlines with 64 people reached his final approach from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.
There were no survivors – and all bodies were found from the river.

According to Flighttradar data, Flight AA4514 was called a 7700 transpondercode that is used to indicate an emergency.
The Jet managed to touch just before 10 hours, with one passenger told X: 'Brake problems so that we can be deleted for emergency braking. The spirits are now high!
