Vice -President JD Vance has sworn to help his family member to get a heart transplant after she was rejected because she was not vaccinated against Covid.
Twelve-year-old Adaline deal has a rare heart defect that she runs the risk of suddenly risk heart failure and prevents her body from circulating oxygen well.
The girl would be eligible for a heart transplant, but because her parents refuse to vaccinate her against Covid, Cincinnati Children's Hospital in Ohio refused to add her to the waiting list of transplantation.
The hospital said it requires vaccines to protect transplantation recipients against viruses because they need immunosuppressive drugs for the rest of their lives, making them vulnerable to serious infections.
Adaline's Mother Yeneen Deal – whose son is married to Vance's Halfsus – last week a desperate plea published on DailYmail.com and said that she 'does not know how long' her daughter left.
Now the Vice President DailYMail.com has told in an exclusive interview that he is planning to step in and help the family. “We just discovered a few days ago,” said Vance.
'I think it is circulating on social media, but I was informed of a few days ago, and we try to dig in and of course try to help as much as possible. It is a distant family member, but someone I care about. So we try to find out what exactly is going on. '

Adaline Deal, who is a distant family member of vice -president JD Vance, suffers from the anomaly of a rare heart over Ebstein, who has left her with a heart valve that does not work well

Vice -President JD Vance told DailyMail.com that he would help Adaline as much as possible
Responding to the comments of the vice -president, added Jena: “That's so great … So hopeful that he knows about it and that he is aware of it.
'Hopefully he will become aware of the bill [in Congress]So maybe it gets a little more attention because it is so important that this bill is passed on. '
Jeneen, from Indiana, said she is not looking for 'special treatment', but is urging the government to everyone who needs one to get a transplant, regardless of their vaccination status.
She told this website: 'I pray that President Trump and all states will stand up for anyone confronted with vaccination status [discrimination] Because of their conscientious and religious beliefs. '
A bill that was introduced into the congress in 2023 tries to prohibit federal funds to be given to entities that refuse to offer treatment based on COVID-19 vaccination status.
Jeneen added: 'Maybe congress [members] Will get up and pass on this account. It is so important.
'I am so excited [DailyMail.com] could ask [JD Vance] And that he knows her. That's just great. '
Adaline's family refuses to vaccinate her against flu and Covid because of their religious beliefs, although she has had a number of routine vaccinations in childhood.
Jeneen told this website that they got her in China before her family took over her and extra was given while going through the adoption process.
But the family never gave the girl others.

The mother said to this website: 'We are just in a different way. [We] Walked with the Lord. The Holy Spirit is on us. We were not so – we had no relationship with the Lord as we do now, so it's different. '
Adaline has a condition called Ebstein's anomaly, where a valve in her heart does not work well – which means that blood can flow backwards.
She also has Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW) syndrome, a condition that ensures that the heart is abnormally fast for periods. The right side of her heart has also been greatly enlarged.
Janeen said the girl does not understand what is going on because she is cognitively delayed. She only knows that “her heart makes her sick … and unable to do things.”

The mother said to this website: “I tried to explain to her that” you are going to get a new heart and you feel better “
“I don't know if she really knows what's going on, but she just knows that her father and mother would love her and do something for her.”
A doctor in the Adaline care team has signed that the girl received a transplant without the vaccines. However, there are several doctors in the transplant team who have to approve the girl's operation.
Jeneen told DailyMail.com that she is not sure how much and she has not met most of them, but tries to collaborate with the hospital to have them signed approval letters.
Doctors have currently said that Adaline is stable and last week on her doctor's appointment she was 'smiling and more talking to the doctor'.
However, it is always to ensure that Adaline can decrease quickly.
People with her condition live on average to about 37 years old, but studies show that they have a considerably higher risk of heart failure and sudden death.

The condition gives her the risk of heart failure and prevents her body from circulating oxygen in the right way, making it dependent on a wheelchair
Jeneen said that her daughter is doing much better than when she first worked, largely as a result of a medicine called Lasix, which removes excess fluid from the heart.
The medicine has deposited 7 pounds of liquid from her heart, which really helped her ', and she was able to return to school full -time.
Jeneen said, “She loves people and being with people and people have sent gifts by post and she just thinks that is great.”
Due to the stable state of Adaline, doctors say that she would be placed to the bottom of the transplantation list and suggested that they wait and perform more tests to decide when the right time would be to add her name to the list if she was her Flu and Covid vaccine receives and qualify.
Adaline is treated in the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in Ohio.
In response to the case, the hospital said that every transplant patient evaluates with a 'long -term success', adding that the availability of organs for transplantation is limited.
Dailymail.com has contacted the hospital for further comments.
Jeneen said this website that the family is investigating about transferring her daughter's care to another hospital where there are no covid and flu vaccination requirements.
