Michael Lohan is reportedly arrested for a crime attack after he reportedly put his wife Kate Major out of her chair.
TMZ, referring to judicial documents, reported that Michael was arrested in Texas on Saturday due to a continuous violence against the accusation of the family.
A representative of the Sheriff of Harris County's office revealed that Kate was undergoing a medical examination when she shared with representatives that her husband turned her out of a chair at their house a few days earlier.
Allegedly she said that she suffered pain and discomfort due to the alleged act.
A female representative claims that they saw bruises on major and then spoke with Michael. He was arrested in his home without incidents.
Michael, the father of Lindsay Lohan, has a bond for $ 30k and is planned to appear in court on Monday.
