Desperate residents have told how their city center has become a crime hotspot, making people there unsafe at night.
The local population in West Bromwich opened up how their way along the Hoofdstraat on mobile scooters makes them vulnerable to attackers who tease the place.
The concern about the crime has been discussed about the central part of the city, which is close to Birmingham in the heart of the West Midlands – between West Bromwich's High Street and Carter's Green just west of Main Shopping Quarter.
Among those who describe problems about the location is Sean Chang, a former employee of the construction site in a wheelchair after health problems.
He suspected that his attacker did not come from West Bromwich himself, but one of the surrounding areas of the city such as Wednesday at three miles away in the black country.
Mr Chang, 51, revealed how a man he suspected to be a drug user, had tried to 'rob him' him despite driving on a mobility scooter.
The victim said: 'I can handle myself. Someone tried to encourage me. They ran here and caught up with their partner.
“They didn't come here from the neighborhood, I think they came from Wednesday. I was on my mobility scooter, I chased them. The police were called and that was resolved. '

Mr. Chang claimed that the perpetrator was a medicine that is known as 'Mamba' and added: “They don't care if they have that stuff.”
He also expressed other concerns about how the city center of West Bromwich was destroyed with problems and said, “There are many drunkards.”
He told BlackCountrylive: 'I know there are many cleaners, but we still get a lot of waste. There are many rats due to the underpass. '
In the meantime, a woman from Tipton expressed more than three and a half miles away, also complaints after traveling to West Bromwich for the registration services of the Registrar Registrar.
She said, “I always came here, but I wouldn't do it myself.”

“I don't want my daughter to come here alone.”

When demanding the spread of such stores, a 54-year-old woman from Oldbury told in the West Midlands BlackCountrylive: 'I don't know how they stay in business.
“They all seem to be empty. I try not to be suspicious. I don't know how the council grants them permits when there are several on the street. '
West Midlands Police and Sandwell Council were approached for comment.

The police of West Midlands posted a response to concern about crime and antisocial behavior in West Bromwich on the website of the Force, and said that a 'main designer' had recently been arrested and recalled in prison.
