Images of the video that played at the cafeteria screens were shared by a Hud -Bron with Vox reporter Rachel Cohen who placed it on social media.
It is unclear how the images ended up on television screens of cafiteria, but a Hud spokesperson promised to hold someone in the desk responsible.
