A upskirter who confirmed cameras to his shoelaces to register women secretly was rebuilt last year after researchers discovered that he was saving hundreds of pornographic videos of his victims.
Kenneth Bischoff also filmed women through hotel windows and carefully entitled and collected the videos to make a 'pornographic catalog'.
The 66-year-old was arrested in March last year after the police had seized devices from his house in Broadlands Way, Colchester, Essex, the Colchester Gazette.
Terri Allington, persecution, said that the various exhibitions were sent for digital download and thought of a 'voyeuristic character'.
“The suspect had dealt with voyeurism dating from 2016.
“He did this by attending different hotels and by filming the windows,” Mrs. Allington told Chelmsford Magistrates' Court on Friday.
“He was then called every recorded video and created a pornographic catalog.”
Bischoff hunted women by 'placing a camera on his shoes or shoelaces and placing the shoe under the dresses of those females'.

He was convicted in 2023 for collecting 37 voyeuristic videos, but the full size of his insult was not discovered until he was re -broken and sued last year.
The newly discovered insulting period is 'much longer' than what has been considered in earlier conviction exercises, said Mrs. Allington.
And it turned out that Bischoff had more than 400 videos in his possession, “including voyeurism and upskirting.”
He argued guilty of one indictment for voyeurism and five accusations of including an image under the clothing of another person without permission.
Mary Buxton, soothing, said that Bischoff had worked with the probation service after receiving a conditional punishment and rehabilitation days after his arrest in 2023.
'He responded well to the requirements of the rehabilitation of his suspended penalty order – I think he completed 25 out of 27 agreements.
“It is clear that within these programs and rehabilitation days about issues that go back to his youth to look at his motivations for this kind of insulting.”
Bischoff was told that he can be imprisoned next month in his conviction because of 'the enormous extent' of his insult.
He will appear on March 21 for Ipswich Crown Court.
