The husband of Disgraced YouTube Mommy blogger Ruby Franke has stunned and left furious after he said he still loves his wife, despite her horrible abuse of their children.
Kevin Franke, 46, and his son Tsjaad, 20, sat down with Good Morning America for their Hulu documentary for the first time, 'Devil in the Family: The Fall of Ruby Franke', who dropped next Thursday.
Although his wife is convicted of abusing their two youngest children, Kevin admitted that he still has feelings for his wife.
“I do. I don't think I will ever stop loving her, “he revealed when GMA asked if he still loved her.
“I am not ashamed to say that after I had been married to that woman for more than 20 years, I really did her and still loved her,” he told people in this week's cover story.
'But that is not apologized what she did, and it is not apologized how she hurts our children and how she hurt me.
'There are some bridges that you simply cannot cross and then put it back. She burned the bridges, and so I continue. '
However, he said that Ruby will be 'absolutely not' welcome in his life or that of his children.
Since Ruby was imprisoned after her 30-year conviction, Kevin and his children have made contact again, and the father of six said that their house is now 'filled with laughter' and they have pets that chew on the floor plates.

Kevin Franke, 46, and his son Chad, 20, (shown together) went for the first time with Good Morning America (GMA) for their Hulu documentary

When GMA asked if he still loved his wife, he replied: 'I did. I don't think I will ever stop loving her '
“I only think if Ruby was here, she would be furious, but she is not, and I don't care and I am happy,” said Kevin.
Although they allow their children to participate in the vlogs reports, Kevin told GMA: 'I want people to know that there is real danger when you place yourself or your family or children on public social media.
'There are real consequences with that, and I want people to know, just to be careful with whom they choose to follow, with whom they choose to set up a pedestal and put their faith and put their confidence .
“Because if you put your trust in the wrong person, this can have enormous consequences in your life.”
The relationship of the couple was gap with trials, even when Ruby and fellow samener Jodi Hidebrandt told him to work on his addiction to egoism.
Kevin presented a divorce in 2023 after being alienated from his wife for 15 months.
Shortly after Ruby's arrest, he was kicked from the family home of the couple in Springville, Utah, when Ruby launched a new life coaching channel with Hildebrandt.
“The bottom line is that I chose to trust a recognized counselor for mental health care and my wife, and they gave some terrible advice,” he said GMA. “I am sorry and I wish I hadn't done those things.”
Although Franke is never accused of a crime, some critics think he must be held responsible and it appears that he seems to change his position on social media.

“But that is not apologized what she did, and don't excuse how she hurts our children and how she hurt me,” he said

Although Franke is never accused of a crime, some critics think of the 'wimp' of a father deserves to be locked up with his wife behind bars
“What's wrong with the father?” An X user has commented.
“He is the definition of a wimp. He should never be near his children. This wimp would probably make a horrible treatment again. '
Another wrote: “Maybe if the father wasn't such a wimp?”
A fourth tweeter claimed that Kevin must have known 'what happened to his children'.
“He is a terrible father,” a fifth complained.
“I would fight to my last breath to get custody of those children if I was a family member,” wrote another.
Despite the critics, Kevin told people that he will do what is best for my children, for my family and for myself. '
'And that is not going to take her [Ruby]”He said.
Kevin is close to finishing his divorce with his caught wife and even asked the mother of six to stop sending him letters from prison.
“The last letter I received from her was perhaps in March or April last year,” he said people. “And then I asked the Department of Corrections to ask her to stop writing me.”

Ruby was arrested in August 2023 after the shocking abuse of her children came to light
“I didn't want to hear anymore. I didn't like what she said. '
Things really started to change in the relationship of the couple when Jodi Hildebrandt, who will also spend 30 years in prison, came into their lives.
Kevin said that Hidebrandt caused a gap in their relationship and he was told to work on his addiction to egoism, according to GMA.
“The bottom line is that I chose to trust a recognized counselor for mental health care and my wife, and they gave some terrible advice,” he said GMA. “I am sorry and I wish I hadn't done those things.”
Before Hidebrandt formed an alliance with the Mama Vlogger, she served as director of Lifestar Utah County, a franchisee of a national company based in Utah, specialized in the psychiatric and psychological treatment of pornography and sex addiction.
She would arm Mormon teachings against her customers to eventually control a wedge between couples. More often than not, she leaned in the idea that all sexual acts are sinful and related to murder.
Ruby's Empire started to dismantle by 2020 after people had started a petition to have examined her by child protection services. The channel then disappeared from the internet in January 2023 with approximately 2.3 million subscribers.
In 2022, Ruby made the leap to 'Podcast' 'Connexions' by Counselor Hildebrandt, where the two would sit side by side on a bank and give life coach lessons, as well as hard upbringing advice.
Public prosecutors later claimed that both women abused two of Ruby's children behind closed doors in the $ 5 million fort of a $ 5 million home.
Ruby's emaciated 12-year-old son Russell escaped from the house of 10,000 square feet in August 2023, so that the police were in a closet of his nine-year-old sister.
Russell crawled out of a window and ran to a neighbor's house, who noticed him to have open wounds and tape around his ankles.
Both Ruby and Hildebrandt were arrested shortly thereafter and Kevin presented a divorce after her arrest.
Earlier this month, Kevin spoke with the legislative power of Utah to warn of the dangers of online family vlogging, and said that his wife's channel '8 passengers', who had more than two million subscribers, tore his family apart.
“My family vlogging, placing my children in public social media, was wrong and I regret it every day,” he said. “Children cannot give informed permission to be filmed on social media,” he said.
“If we as adults we cannot understand the emotional and psychological effects of sharing our lives with millions of strangers online, how can we expect our children to understand them?”
Kevin made the comments to the Utah House Business, Labor and Commerce Committee to support the HB322 Act, which would offer financial guarantees to children used for online content.
The legislation should require that makers of content earn more than $ 150,000 a year to set aside 15 percent of their income for their children.
