Patriots legend Rob Gronkowski could end his NFL pension for the second time and re-enter the competition while he 'wants to return NFL' to the gridiron according to a report, where the Denver Broncos is expected to be an application.
GRONKOWSKI pulled himself back from the NFL for the first time in 2019 and came out of retirement to play with Tom Brady on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2020. Gronkowski has been a FOX Sports analyst since he hung his shoulder fillings for the second time in 2022 .
The possibility that the 35-year-old Gronkowski returned to the NFL popped up via Denversports.com.
Earlier this month, Gronkowski covered the Super Bowl in New Orleans and did not give any indication that a third term in the NFL was up to his mind.
Gronkowski has reportedly trained in Vail, Colorado to get back to the top for an NFL recovery.
The legendary tight also worked with Sean Payton at Fox in 2022, who is now the Broncos head coach. It is said that he is impressed by Denver's Turnaround and Bo Nix at Quarterback.

Although the Broncos do not have a striking need for the tight end with Adam Trautman, adding someone with the Gronkowski family tree would be a huge upgrade, such as for most NFL teams.
If Gronkowski joined the Broncos, he would participate in a loaded group starting tight ends in the AFC West, including Travis Kelce and Brock Bowers.
GRONKOWSKI has not publicly commented on the situation, but would not have to be quiet for much longer with NFL free agency that will be opened next month.
It can all be a smokescreen, but it is far from impossible that Gronkowski would have the itch to play again, which has already retired twice.
