Star Wars film boss Kathleen Kennedy will 'resign' this year after Elon Musk said she had 'woke up' the franchise.
Kennedy told employees that she is planning to retire towards the end of the year, Puck reported last night.
In 2012 she came to Lucasfilm as co-chairman next to George Lucas and boarded when Disney took over and Lucas left.
Elon Musk had attacked the Lucasfilm -Baas last year as a 'franchise killer' for pushing what he called a 'awake' agenda in the Acoliete.
