A former male employee told Bloomberg that he was told by a manager that he would offer him more potential customers if he dropped his complaints, but he was later 'starved from customers' and fired for 'bad performance'.

The company said it had removed alcohol since July 2023 from sales meetings on Friday where earlier wine, beer and champagne had flowed.
Employees claimed that bosses had leveled them to drink during the meetings, with a female employee who claimed that after one meeting she was in a car accident while she was driven by an employee who was 'heavy under the influence of alcohol'.
