Shocking images have recorded the frightening moment that a cusje of a van in the windows of a family house with a hammer has plowed after he had plowed his vehicle in the front of the building.
Mother of three Katarzyna Gebski says she was petrified by the incident in her house in Loughborough in the early hours of the morning on 27 May 2023.
Bizarre CCTV images shows a man who takes a hammer down to her front after he rammed his van in the building.
He can also be seen in attacking the front door of Mrs. Beeki's house before fled the scene in his battered vehicle.
Mrs. Gebski is still staggering from the incident almost two years later, with the 53-year-old claiming that she is forced to live in freezing conditions since then, since the city council has not yet carried out full repairs to its property.
The council has set up the beaten windows and repaired the wall, but still has to completely replace the windows, despite the four times measuring of the frames.
Suffering from emphysema, Mrs. Gebski says that the cold and the design caused by the damage to her windows has made her medical condition worse.
She is all the more annoyed by the fact that no one has ever been convicted of the attack despite the police who have an arrest.

CCTV images conquered the dramatic moment that a delivery van rammed his vehicle in the front of Mrs. Berki's house
Remembering the first moment she realized that her house was being attacked, Mrs. Gepski said: 'I was watching TV around midnight and heard the bang. I heard the Reving and wondered what was going on.
“I looked out the window and he returned. I thought it was over, but then I heard a lot of banging while I was on the phone to the police.
“He had parked the road and came back and started breaking our windows and doors.
'The whole van was only five minutes, but it felt like always.
“He had beaten a little brick on the window and left his grid at the door while he was trying to get away.”
Although an arrest was undertaken and the case went to court, the authorities could not prove that the CCTV's CCTV images were indeed the suspect.
“Apparently the images was not clear enough and when they found it, he had keys to another van, so they couldn't link it to it,” said a frustrated Mrs. Berki.
The incident left the 53-year-old who suffers from the cold conditions over the previous two winters, with the municipality so far replacing the brickwork around its windshield.

A court concluded that the above CCTV images were not decisive when identifying the suspected attacker
Mrs. Gebski claims that her living room only warms up about 11 degrees, even when her heating is maximum and that she now has to sit on her hands to keep them warm.
“It's pretty embarrassing when people walk past and see that it breaks,” the mother of three complained.
'I have noticed that I have a damp patch at the bottom of the stairs near where they did the way on the outside.
'The heating read 11 degrees with the heating at 24 degrees. The maximum I have had is 17 thanks to this.
'It's not done well, I don't have good, I have emphysema and have a repeated breast infection since the winter 2023, plus an attack of pneumonia.
'When we had the last storm, the design ensured that a bedroom door flew open because a small window was open, so bad it is.
'Mentally it gives me up and I already suffer from fear and depression.
“It's so cold in my lounge that I literally have to sit on my hands or she has to keep in my hood sacks, my feet are always cold and my toes even go purple.”
A spokesperson for Charnwood Borough Council, who responds to the claims of Mrs. Gepski said: 'We are currently arranging the damaged window and an asbest investigation has taken place in preparation.
'We have had problems gaining access to the property in the past, but we accept that this work should have been completed.
'We apologize for the inconvenience caused by these delays. We make this a priority so that we can complete the work as quickly as possible '.
A spokesperson for the Leicestershire police added: 'A report that a vehicle had collided with a house in Manor Drive, Loughborough was received at 12.12 pm on 27 May 2023.
“An arrest was made shortly thereafter.”
