The administration of Donald Trump will, according to a report transgender athletes, to enter the United States to compete in sport.
The US Department of Foreign Affairs ordered Visa officers worldwide to deny Trans -Athletes who tried to enter the country for sports competitions, the Guardian reported.
On Sunday's memo, officers is said to have applied the 'permanent fraud bar' against Trans applicants, which activates a lifelong prohibition from the United States.
“In cases where applicants are suspected of incorrectly displaying their goal of travel or sex, you must consider whether this wrong representation of affairs is equipment so that it supports a non -subsidiaability lecture,” said Foreign Minister Marco Rubio in the memo.
The relocation reflects the efforts of the Trump administration to limit the involvement of transatations in women's sports prior to the Olympic Games organized in the US in 2028.
He signed an executive order on 5 February entitled 'Men Out of Women's Sports' Bolding Transgender Athletes of Women's Sports.
The order uses Title IX, a law against sexual discrimination by the taxpayer -financed educational programs, to prohibit transgender girls and women to participate in female school sports activities.
It authorizes the Education department to punish schools with which transgender athletes can compete, with reference to non -compliance with Title IX, which prohibits sexual discrimination in schools. Any schools found in violation may not be eligible for federal financing.

When signing, he ordered Rubio to tell the International Olympic Committee “that America rejects transgender madness.”
He said '[The U.S.] Will not stand and see how men will beat and have female athletes during the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
The Trump government has given radical executive orders to limit transgender rights throughout the country – a matter in which it was hiding a heavy campaign.
On his first day back in office, Trump signed an executive order in which it was claimed that the federal government only recognizes two sexes – male and feminine.
He also explained an executive order that transgender people in the army serves and said that they do not meet the high standards required from service embers.
Trump held in a furious row with the Governor of Maine about transgender athletes during a fractious meeting in the White House on Friday.
Democrat Janet Mills came face to face with the president during a session of the National Governors Association in the State dining room.
While giving a speech, Trump mentioned his recent executive order that forbade transgender athletes to participate in girls and women's sports, and that he understood that Maine did not suffice.
He said “Is Maine Governor here?” And when Mills stood from behind a table, Trump asked: “Are you not going to meet that?”
Mills replied: “I am complying with the national and federal laws.”

Trump said: 'Well, we are the federal law. You can do it better because you don't get federal financing at all if you don't.
'And by the way, your population, although it is somewhat liberal, I did very well there. Your population, it doesn't want men to play in sports sports. So you can satisfy better, otherwise you will not get federal financing. '
Mills went against: 'We are going to follow the law, sir. We'll see you in court. '
Trump hit back: 'Good, I see you in court, I'm looking forward to it. That should be very easy. '
He then indicated that this would be the end of her career.
“And enjoy your life after governor because I think you will not be in the chosen politics,” the president said.
