An autistic schoolgirl believed that she had taken her own life to blow up a synagogue and was 'fixed' on Hitler after he was taken care of by an extreme right -wing extremist via the internet, a study today.
Rhianan Rudd, 16, had downloaded Guides about making a pipe bomb, homemade weapons and guerrilla warfare and scratched a swastika in her forehead after you were 'radicalized' by a white supremacist in the US.
The vulnerable teenager was the youngest person ever accused of terrorists in the UK.
She was found dead in a children's home in May 2022, five months after the home office ruled that she was the victim of care and terrorismal charges against her. It is believed that she has taken her own life.
A court heard today how Rhianan created a shine for Adolf Hitler. The mother of the teenager, Emily Carter, believes that her daughter should have been treated as a 'victim instead of a terrorist'.
The investigation into Rhianan's death will look at the involvement of agencies preceding her death, including MI5, social services and terror police.
Last year, a hearing was told prior to the Inquest review that Mi5 was watching Rhianan and gave information to the police, but that it was no further involvement in the arrest and indictment of Rhianan.

Today, the investigation, chaired by the most important coroner for England and Wales, was told that Mrs Carter had argued with the police for help with Rhianan in September 2020 and warned them that her daughter had developed an 'unhealthy view of fascism' and had received a 'massive aversion to certain varieties and fires'.
In an e -mail to officers, she wrote: 'I did my best to turn her from such ideologies. It seems to fall on deaf ears. I would like some help in this matter. '
When Rhianan was visited by the local police at her school, she confirmed her interest in extreme right and told the police that she had met an American 'Neo-Nazi' about the online gaming platform, Discord.
Classmates told school leaders that Rhianan had unveiled her intention to “blow someone at school at school or to blow up a Jewish place of worship,” said the council of the investigation that Edward Pleth said.
“She said she doesn't care who she kills and nothing more matters,” a school log said during the hearing.
Drawings found in her school bag include sketches of a man who gave a Nazi greeting.
A report from the home office that Rhianan refers, from Chesterfield, Derbyshire, to the prevention of the deradicalization program in the same month, has registered it as an 'obsession with Hitler' and 'a Holocaust Denier'.
The document continued: 'She had also spoken about the throat of people in cutting. She had told her mother that she wants to go to a synagogue and blow it up.

Rhianan Rudd was cared for and operated online from the age of 14 by an American extremist, while in the white supremacist views she found herself

Rhianan was cared for and operated online by the American extremist Christopher Cook (left). It was also claimed that she was influenced by the then partner Dax Mallaburn from her mother, an American white supremacist, although her mother said this information was kept from her
'She has previously downloaded a PDF about making a pipe bomb. This was immediately removed by her mother's partner. '
The following month, in October 2020, the police found files on a USB drive with regard to making bombs and a detailed video of a homemade bomb that was manufactured with the help of household materials.
On her devices, voluntarily transferred by Rhianan, derogatory reports were aimed at non-white, the Jewish community, transgender and gays. Rhianan's diary also revealed references to bombs and firearms.
Officers during an intermediary meeting on October 20, 2020 chose to arrest her and concluded that she was not an immediate threat to national security.
A day later, however, she was held after she was admitted to the hospital, after having cut a swastika into herself and had made a sanctuary for Hitler.
During police interviews, Rhianan described that he was provided by the American – who described the encounters as 'disturbing' – the investigation was told.
Although they were assessed by experts as an 'average risk of radicalization', Rhianan was accused by the CPS of six counts of terrorism in April 2021.
According to modern slavery laws, public authorities, including the police, must inform the home office of potential victims of exploitation.
The Court of Chesterfield Coroner heard that such a reference was not considered after Rhianan had already been sued and appeared in court.
Bail as a terror suspect, she was removed from school and placed in a children's home.
Rhianan was found dead on May 19, 2022 by staff in Bluebell House Children's Home in Nottinghamshire.
At the opening of the four -week investigation, Mrs. Carter gave a heartbreaking pen portrait of her daughter, who said last year 'should have been treated as a well -groomed child'.
She said in the explanation to the investigation: 'I felt blessed with her as my daughter and I wanted her to flourish in life.
'Hair cared for was huge and I saw Rhianan change. This had a big impact on her and I did everything I felt that her was right.
“Rhianan was in total one of the friendliest, most loving children I had ever had the honor of knowing.”

She added that because of her autism, Rhianan would often 'fix' certain topics and 'quiet and inner' when she had a hard time.
She added: 'Rhianan – from the moment she entered this world – brought so much joy. She was a little giggle and when she grew, this didn't end.
“She was generous and had a friendly heart and was different.
“There were many times when she saw someone worse off than herself and would always like to do something to make that person smile.”
The investigation will hear evidence of agencies such as MI5, the Crown Prosecution Service, the police, social services, NHS Trusts that are responsible for the input for mental health and the care home where Rhianan lived.
What material with regard to MI5's involvement with Rhianan before she took her own life is remembered on safety grounds.
The research was told about accusations that Rhianan had been sexually abused and self -damaged in the past because she had 'too many emotions' and 'did not know how to deal with them'.
Her right judge Alexia Durran, head of coroner of England and Wales, said: “I will remain open to every conclusion until I have heard all the evidence.”
The investigation continues.
