A deep -driven father told a court that the last thing he told that his partner was 'driven safe, I love you' before she was hit and killed on the road by a 'shameful' driver on the wrong side of the road.
Destroyed Terry Foster said he told Charlotte Avis that he loved her and started preparing the dinner when she left the house to bring their three -year -old son Noah to the dentist.
But care home worker Mr Foster, 27, said that his 'incredible' partner never came home after a carefree driver had killed her on a 70 MPH Dual-Carryway.
Sylwester Mielczarek, 41, lost control of his Volkswagen Passat and drove on the wrong side of the road, killing the 30-year-old MS Avis in a frontal smash.
Small Noah suffered a broken collarbone, a broken arm and a head injury.
Mr. Foster said that Noah often asks: “Where did Mama go?”
Mielczarek, whose leg was partially amputated, has now avoided prison after the crash on the A30 near Sherborne, Dorset, in December 2022.
His car hit a curb and crossed the central reserve to oncoming traffic.

The incident happened one evening with poor visibility as a result of thick fog and a lack of lighting.
The speed limit of the part of the A30 was 70 mph at the time of the incident in December 2022. It has since changed to 60 MPH due to the number of accidents that happened on the road.
Mielczarek, who comes from Yeovil, Somerset, argued guilty of causing the death of Mrs. Avis, a mother who stays at home from Milborne Port, Somerset, driving through carelessly and causing the serious injury of Noah by careless driving.
He was sentenced to 18 months of guardianship for the death of Mrs. Avis, suspended for two years at the Crown Court of Salisbury and was disqualified for two years to drive.
Giles Bedlow, persecution, the court said that the collision took place at about 4.45 pm on Babylon Hill.
Mielczarek had finished working in Coldharbour Business Park in Sherborne, Dorset, around 4 p.m. that day and traveled home when he collided with the Ford Focus driven by MS Avis.
A witness described that he couldn't see the car for her because of how thick the fog was that evening.
Mr. Foster, father of two of the three children of Mrs. Avis, told the court his last words before she left their shared house, were 'Drive Safe, Lub Chu' – their way of saying 'I Love You'.
Mr. Foster reads his victim impact statement to a tearing public gallery and said that Noah, who has serious autism, often mentioned “Mama's car is broken, we can't repair it, where is mum?”
Mr. Foster added: 'This should not have happened.
“The fact is that this shameful person has eradicated a mother of her children.”
Beverley Avis, Mrs. Avis's mother, said in a witness statement to the court on behalf of her: 'See (Noah) in the hospital bed and hear him asking for his mother was heartbreaking.
“The hospital told us that this would be the first memory (Noah).”
Public Prosecutor Mr Bedlow said there was no evidence that Mielczarek was distracted by something in his car.
He said that the police were 'unable to find evidence of corrective measures' such as braking or steering in the 'a few seconds' that Mielczarek needed to end up on the wrong side of the double roadway.
The court heard that paramedics declared Mrs. Avis dead on the spot.
Michael Mason, defensive, said that Mielczarek cannot remember what happened the night of the incident.
He told the court that Mielczarek said, “I know I did something wrong, that my driving was somehow under the standard.”
Insurance, judge Adam Feest KC said: “The frontal collision that resulted because you were in the wrong lane, had tragic results for Charlotte and her family.”
The judge acknowledged that Mielczarek committed a speeding violation in 2020, but said that this made little difference to the sentence.
Mielczarek will have to participate in a maximum of 10 rehabilitative days as part of his punishment.
