A federal employee who was asked to mention five things she achieved last week as part of a new Doge initiative to eradicate lazy employees has explained why the task should be celebrated.
The woman, who claims to be employed by the Ministry of Health and Human Services, newly assisted by Robert F. Kennedy, said that her colleagues should deal with the request as an opportunity for recognition and potential promotions.
“I got the e-mail and I really feel that this is a great opportunity to outline what you bring to the company as an employee,” said the Miami-based employee Charlamagne Tha God during the Tuday's The Breakfast Club segment.
“If it's really good what you sketch, they can give you the chance to get a promotion or something,” she added.
The woman, who asked to remain anonymous, said that such a request would be normal for any other job.
The Ministry of Government Efficiency of Elon Musk sent a government agency-wide e-mail on Saturday to ask employees to mention five tasks that they had completed at work the week before.
He then posted a message about X the 2.3 million employees who received it that a non -answer would be considered a dismissal.
The request led to indignation of employees who said it was an over -range and encouraged a number of department heads appointed by Maga to instruct staff to ignore it.

The Ministry of Government Efficiency of Elon Musk sent a government agency-wide e-mail on Saturday to request employees to mention five tasks they had completed at work the week before
President Trump later stated that the E -mail had to be responded to and described it as an 'ingenious' idea.
'God forces that they ask you what you have done. Every other job, they will ask you at the end of the week at the end of the month, “said the caller.
The woman also accused her colleagues of using a device that can simulate mouse movements in an attempt to bypass internal systems that can check whether the work is done remotely.
'People actually buy it and use it and don't work. And this is the money from our taxpayers, and you have to work, “she said.
'You don't like it, get a different job … it's this democratic thing. It's like … they don't want to go to work. They want to work from home. People don't work from home. '
Earlier on Wednesday, Trump revealed that there were still more than a million employees who still had to answer to Musk's request, despite generous extensions.
During his first cabinet meeting on Wednesday, Trump said that Doge is trying to find out why these federal employees did not answer the E -mail from Musk.
“Maybe they will be gone, maybe they are not there, maybe they have other jobs, maybe they have moved and they are not where they should be,” Trump speculated. “Many things could have happened.”

The E -mail from Musk's Doge came from the Human Resources Department on OpM and stopped the inboxes of Federal Employees on Saturday evening

“At the moment we are trying to find out who those people are who did not respond.”
But in general, Trump has noticed those 1 million employees that they are 'on the bubble' – a sports sentence that the president uses as a euphemism for their job at stake.
Musk, who was also at the meeting, said that every federal employee who does essential work may not fear fear of their positions.
“We want everyone who does a work that is essential and who does work well,” said the Tesla and SpaceX boss.
“But if the job is not essential or not doing well, they should of course not be on the public payroll.”
