The popular Podcaster Joe Rogan has Girl Scout Cookies 'toxic as F ***' after a study revealed 'dangerous' ingredients in them.
Rogan hit the beloved American treat on Monday's episode of his podcast after a study claimed that they contain dangerous levels of heavy metals and pesticides.
'Saint S ***. Die F ******* are toxic as F ***, “Rogan claimed in the episode.
“They did studies on Girl Scout cookies, where they split them up and discover what is in it,” said the host as he read from the report during the recording.
“Those little Hustlers – they catch you in the supermarket,” he continued.
He read from the study, said: 'Thin coins are the worst offenders. Five flavors of girl scout cookies contain levels of glyphosate and heavy metals over EPA water safety limits. '
The daring explanation came after the non -profit group Moms throughout America, in collaboration with Gmoscience, released test results that are reportedly showing harmful contaminants in the iconic cookies sold by millions of girls' fashion in the entire country.
The study claimed that 22 of the 25 cookie samples were tested positively for all five metals investigated – aluminum, arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury.

Thin coins would contain the highest levels of glyphosate, a commonly used weed killer.
Reportedly, peanut butter pies had the highest concentration of toxic metals.
However, the Girl Scouts of the US quickly defended their products and claimed that their beloved cookies meet all FDA standards and do not pose a health risk for consumers.
In a blog post of 6 February with regard to the controversy, the organization wrote: “Rest assured: Girl Scout cookies are safe to consume.”
The Girl Scouts claimed that environmental pollutants, including heavy metals, 'can occur naturally in the soil' and that 'almost all foods that use vegetable ingredients, including organic food, can contain track quantities'.
They also insisted that glyphosate is 'found almost everywhere in the food chain' and can be detected in fresh fruit, vegetables, grains and other food products.

“These metals are not added to our Girl Scout cookies,” the organization emphasized.
They said that their bakers confirmed that the reported levels do not worry about food safety for our customers. '
“This means that almost all foods that use vegetable ingredients, including organic food, can contain trace quantities,” the blog said. “This does not mean that these foods are harmful to consume.”
