Meghan Markle last night posted behind the scenes clip of her new Netflix lifestyle show – before mysteriously deleting, then re-posting, the footage.
Last month, the Duchess of Sussex announced her lifestyle series, ‘With Love, Meghan’, which will be released on Netflix on March 4, after it was postponed from January due to the LA wildfires.
A trailer for the programme showed Meghan, 43, inviting friends and famous guests to a California estate where she shares cooking, gardening and hosting tips.
On Wednesday, February 26, the duchess shared a ‘backstage video’ from the show on her newly-launched Instagram account before the video was seemingly taken down.Â
The 14-second clip featured a short cameo from her husband, Prince Harry, and the couple’s beloved beagle Guy – who passed away earlier this year.Â
In the video, Meghan could also be seen showing off her dance moves and sharing lighthearted moments with crew members and some of the guests that will feature on ‘With Love, Meghan’.Â
Since it was deleted from Meghan’s socials, the short clip was reposted on X/Twitter, as fans gushed they ‘can’t wait’ for the show to drop on Netflix.
A seemingly identical version of the teaser was later reuploaded to her social media without explanation.Â
The latest update comes after ‘With Love, Meghan’ was compared with Pamela Anderson’s new cooking show that launched earlier this week.Â

Some viewers were outraged on the Hollywood icon’s behalf after spotting the similarities between the trailers for her series and Meghan Markle’s.
But eagle-eyed viewers have since noticed how the Duchess’ teaser seems very similar to the trailer for Pamela’s show, Cooking With Love.
Critics claim the mother-of-two’s clip seems to be a ‘straight copy’ of the Baywatch star’s promotional video for her lifestyle programme, which was released in October 2024, just months before Meghan’s.Â
However, defenders of the Duchess insist the closeness of the release dates, and the tight production schedules, could only mean any similarities in the shows are coincidental, rather than deliberate.
From the similar aesthetic, titles and wardrobes to the familiar phrases and actions, frustrated fans took to X to point out all the ways in which they believe Meghan appears to have ‘copied’ Pamela’s concepts.
For instance, the openings of both trailers include the stars walking in a garden admiring the produce, before inviting chefs into the kitchens as well as family and friends to try out the delicious meals.
Elsewhere in the clips, Pamela explains how ‘I just always have wanted to take things to another level’, while Meghan similarly declares: ‘I’ve always loved taking something pretty ordinary and elevating it.’Â
Both hosts also reveal how they’re taking in all the knowledge they can from the experts they encounter, with the 57-year-old model saying: ‘I’m a sponge soaking it all in… I’m learning a lot’.

But not only did viewers take umbrage with how similar the Duchess’ promotional clip was to Pamela’s, they also noted how the titles are alike, with both cooking shows mentioning ‘With Love’ in their names.
The Baywatch bombshell’s eight-episode series, as well as its name, was announced in February 2023, while Meghan’s title was revealed in January this year, along with the first trailer.
Noting the similarities, one person wrote on X: ‘If you watch the trailer for Pamela’s new show, it’s a more authentic version of what Meghan was trying to achieve and it looks as though Meghan has copied everything! The trailers are so similar it’s freaky.’Â
Another said: ‘Markle’s show is a straight copy of Pamela Anderson’s cooking and entertaining show. Go look at the trailer!’
A third added: ‘I know I shouldn’t be surprised but I am. Pamela’s show looks authentic and like something I’d enjoy watching. I can’t believe Netflix didn’t see Meghan’s show as a complete rip off of this one!’
A fourth wrote: ‘It’s a mix and match of other creators’ ideas,’ while a fifth said: ‘Have you noticed how Markle actually copied the format? Even to the high 10.’

Another individual wrote: ‘And Markle is copying AGAIN. Some of it obvious, some of it subtle.’
Food Network Canada ordered the series starring the Love, Pamela author following the success of her Netflix documentary Pamela: A Love Story, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The Barb Wire star, who collaborates with chefs to show off her plant-based meals and recipes from her own home in Canada, said in a statement:Â ‘Creating elegant and inviting spaces that inspire a compassionate, calm and healthy environment has always been important to me and comes naturally.
‘Corus Studios and I have set mutual goals with good intentions,’ Pamela added. ‘It’s been a learning curve. I am confident they will be a positive partner in helping bring my true vision to life.’

In one clip from the kitchen of the rented $5m reality TV Montecito mansion where the show is set, Meghan, who tells viewers she’ll share ‘some little tips and tricks’, makes a ‘Ladybug’-themed appetiser.
However, viewers noted that recipes for the dish have been around since 2015 on dozens of food blogs and Pinterest pages.
They also feature in the US lifestyle magazine First For Women in 2018 and the popular TikTok account Home Cooks World in 2023.
The ingredients in the latter’s recipe are a baguette, pesto, mozzarella, basil, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, sesame seeds and olive oil. First for Women meanwhile said the dish was ‘packed with mood-boosting calcium and energising antioxidants’.
Another part of the trailer showed Meghan trying beekeeping – but some royal fans pointed out that this is also one of her sister-in-law Kate’s longtime hobbies.

Kate is known to make her own honey – while Queen Camilla is also a keen apiarist, and keeps bees at Raymill, her six-bedroom retreat in Lacock, Wiltshire.Â
Camilla is also president of Bees For Development, a charity protecting bee habitats in more than 50 countries; while Buckingham Palace is home to four beehives on an island in a lake in the garden, and there are two hives in Clarence House’s garden.

One viewer tweeted: ‘If anyone wanted to read between the lines, this is yet another opportunity for Netflix, Reed Hastings and Markle to continue trolling the British monarchy, since all Meghan is trying to do is to imitate an English lifestyle, dressing and keeping bees like Catherine.’
Another wrote that it was ‘something the King, Prince William and Princess Catherine been doing for years – no, a beekeeper she’s not. Copied that off the royals.’
And a third said: ‘And you know who keeps bees? Princess Catherine at her home in Amner Hall. It’s one of her passions. Meghan has never had an original idea ever.’
Other viewers have compared scenes from the trailer to those in the YouTube cooking show ‘Emma’s Kitchen’ hosted by marchioness and chef Emma Weymouth.
The Celebrity MasterChef contestant – formally known as Emma Thynn, Marchioness of Bath – posts videos of her creations after launching the brand in 2015 using the backdrop of the original kitchens within Longleat House.
One observer tweeted similar still images from each show, writing: ‘Emma Weymouth, Marchioness of Bath, has had a cooking programme at Longleat estate for nine years!’
Another said: ‘Why is Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex trying to channel Emma Thynn, Marchioness of Bath? TBH, Emma seems more natural while Meghan often seems like she’s acting from a script. I think Meghan should focus strictly on charity work.’

 As for Meghan’s new trailer, she appears smiling and relaxed in the clip which includes a shot of her being hugged by the Duke of Sussex.
The series was announced at the start of January – a day after she returned to Instagram for the first time since 2020.
Meghan wrote: ‘I have been so excited to share this with you! I hope you love the show as much as I loved making it.
‘Wishing you all a fantastic new year! Thanks to our amazing crew and the team @netflix. Beyond grateful for the support – and fun!’
A promotional synopsis of the show says: ‘This inspiring series, produced by Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, reimagines the genre of lifestyle programming, blending practical how-tos and candid conversation with friends, new and old.
‘Meghan shares personal tips and tricks, embracing playfulness over perfection and highlights how easy it can be to create beauty, even in the unexpected.

Actresses Mindy Kaling and former Suits star Abigail Spencer, plus chefs Roy Choi and Alice Waters are among the guests who appear on the 33-minute shows.

The TikTok and YouTube channel Home Cooks World posted a similar recipe video in 2023
Harry and Meghan’s Archewell Productions helped to make the series and she also gets a credit as one of its executive producers.
The couple have a £80million five-year deal with Netflix which they signed in 2020 – and the Sussexes are executive producers of Polo which aired recently.
The documentary was the couple’s first since Heart Of Invictus, which aired some 16 months earlier and followed a group of service members on their road to the Invictus Games, the Paralympic-style sporting competition set up by Harry in 2014 for injured and sick military personnel and veterans.
It followed Live To Lead, about leaders who have dedicated themselves to social justice, in 2022, and before that, the couple’s controversial six-part Harry & Meghan documentary.
