The police start an investigation into the death of two -year -old Joe Massa after the toddler had undergone a heart attack and died in the Northern Beaches Hospital.
The little boy went on a cardiac arrest and suffered irreversible brain damage after having waited three hours in a chairman of the Emergency Department last September.
His parents, Elouise and Danny Massa, say that their son would still live if he had not been diagnosed wrong when he arrived at the hospital in the north of Sydney.
The NSW police have now been ordered to open an investigation into his death.
