Officials who examine the death of Gene Hackman and his wife have confirmed that there were no traces of carbon monoxide in their bodies and that the star actor was dead for nine days when he was found.
The legendary actor, 95, and his wife Betsy Arakawa, 64, were found on Wednesday 26th dissolution in their $ 3.3 million house in Santa Fe.
During a press conference on Friday afternoon, officials of the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department said that the last event of his Pacemaker was recorded on 17 February.
Authorities said it was a very good assumption that 17 February was the last day of his life due to the lack of pacemaker activities afterwards.
Civil servants also said that there was no trace of carbon monoxide in the bodies of the couple, and that there was still no official cause of death.
A search order obtained by DailyMail.com revealed that Arakawa was depicted with a bloated feeling on her face and mummification in her hands and feet.
Hackman was found in a mud room of the kitchen. His sunglasses and stick were on the floor and it was suggested that the actor had suffered a fall.

In the meantime, Arakawa was found dead on the bathroom floor. A bottle of recipe pills was open and its contents was littered over a bathroom desk.
It is unclear what those medicines were or for whom they were prescribed. Space heating lay on the floor next to Arakawa and researchers believe that it fell around the time of her death.
Civil servants have refused to speculate further about what the couple killed or who died first. Autopsy results will last four to six weeks to be published.
Hackman's daughter Elizabeth had previously driven a theory that the couple had died of carbon monoxide poisoning, which authorities have now officially destroyed.
She told TMZ that the family believed that their death came about after breathing in the poisonous vapors.
Hackman shared three children with his first wife Faye Maltese. He and Arakawa, a classic pianist, had been married for the past three decades.
The Nors-but beloved Hackman was one of the best actors of his generation, who appeared as villains, heroes and anti-heroes in dozens of dramas, comedies and action films from the 1960s to his retirement in the early 2000s.
He was a five-time Oscar nominated who won for the French connection in 1972 and two decades later Unforgiven. His death only comes four days before this year's ceremony.

Hackman met Arakawa, a classically trained pianist who grew up in Hawaii, when she worked part -time in a Californian gym in the mid -1980s, the New York Times reported in 1989.
They soon came in together and towards the end of the decade they were decamped to Santa Fe.
Hackman was a natural private man and got a recluse while he remained out of the public interest for years after his retirement from the film industry.
In an interview with Empire in 2020, the retired actor revealed that he enjoyed watching DVDs that Arakawa rented. He said: 'We love simple stories that some of the small low-budget films manage to produce in it.
'Friday evening will be reserved for a comedy channel marathon, with special attention paid to Eddie Izzard. The speed of thinking is great. '
