The death of Mary Cash, 39, led to a huge reaction from the police, but she is now supposed to have died in a suspected suicide and not a violent death as previously thought.
She was discovered in a bathroom from the Stena Nordica -spring boat when it found its way to the port of Rosslare in Wexford.

A message posted by Ned Cash on Facebook said: “Everyone who follows him back to Ireland must be on his garden on Tuesday 6.30 am.”
Mary and her husband Ned, together with other family members, left his house with the hearse on Tuesday, to catch the ferry of VishGuard from 2 p.m.

Joint councilor Ger Carthy, who attended the scene as part of his role as an ambulance officer at the National Ambulance Service, said: 'There is an atmosphere of shock and sorrow here in Rosslare about what unfolded on board the Stena Nordica.
'The details are subject to a Garda research at this stage, the outcome of which will learn in the fullness of time.
“Anyway, in the middle of it is a woman who has lost her life and the thoughts of the community here are with her family.”

An owner of a transport company, a permanent user of the port, said that one of his drivers had seen the run -up to the incident.
He said the driver believed that the people involved were going to a funeral because there was a hearse on board.
“He said he knew that this guy would cause problems, but he didn't think it would be so serious,” he remembered.
“He said the man was screaming and had a lot of drink or drugs on him. He was something out of his head anyway. '
Gardaí spoke with passengers on board and while they left the boat around 8 p.m. and made statements of eyewitnesses.
The business owner, who asked not to be mentioned, said he had a driver who waited to make the return trip, but who now spent the night near the port.
He said his trucks had already been postponed after canceled sails on Sunday, because of strong wind.
A spokesperson for Stena Line said: 'An incident took place this afternoon on 14:00 sails from Fishguard to Rosslare. This is a police, so send all further questions to the Gardaí.
“The 7.30 p.m. from Rosslare and 1.30 am sailing from Fishguard are canceled.”
