Caitlin Clark and Simone Biles were encouraged by Riley Gaines to promote herself against the absorption of transgender women in women's sports.

Gaines brought a lawsuit against the NCAA and claimed that the volleyball coaches of SJSU and university managers had information about the birth sex of Fleming. The lawsuit was accompanied by Fleming's teammate, Brooke Slusser.

She and the founder of the Jennifer Sey company, Fox News Digital told that the company was 'in Talks' with other prominent athletes, including Olympians.
Clark's Rookie season in the WNBA saw her intersection paths with Trans and non-bite player Layshia Clarendon.
Clarendon, an All-Star 2017, came out as Trans and Non-Binair in 2020 before he retired at the end of last season.
