A pedophile who moved to the UK after his conviction was allowed in the country after a judge ruled that blocking him would violate his human rights.
The 44-year-old criminal, only mentioned as OS, was convicted of a sex attack on a girl under the age of 16 in 2009.
He served in an American prison for three years before he was deported to Jamaica in the Caribbean.
But after his deportation, the convicted pedophile continued to haunt young girls, according to the sun, and eventually married a girl he met when she was only 15.

The home office said 'It is in the public interest' that criminals are removed from the UK
The couple got a baby when the girl was 24 before she moved to Great Britain in 2015 without him.
Now a judge has ruled that OS can join the woman and his child in the United Kingdom – because blocking the pedophile for life with his family would violate his human rights.
OS had initially not announced his conviction for sexual abuse against a child, but known later and won an appeal thanks to the European Convention on the Rights of the people.
Senior Tory MP Sir Alex Shelbrooke said that the government “should tackle the ECHR.”
The home office said: “We remain determined to ensure that there are no obstacles to deporting foreign criminals, because it is in the public interest to be removed quickly.”
