Keir Starmer today played the prospect of Donald Trump's state visit invitation that is withdrawn into the aftermath of his spit with Volodymyr Zensky.
The prime minister emphasized that the invitation was a 'matter for the king', but wiped people 'and tried to increase the rhetoric about the chaos of the White House.

Sir Keir has today collected leaders from Europe – and Canada – in London while trying to respond to the increasing volatility of ties with the US
Sir Keir told the BBCs on Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg: “I'm not going to be diverted by the SNP or others who are trying to increase the rhetoric without really appreciating what is the most important thing that is at stake in Europe.”
He told the same program that the collision in the Oval Office gave him 'uncomfortable', but he decided to 'roll up my sleeves' instead of 'raising the rhetoric'.
Shadow Minister Alicia Kearns had told the post on Sunday that “state visits should be granted to the most honorable allies.”

They added that Mr Badenoch believes that it is “necessary that the UK stays close to America and that they do not get away from NATO if we get a just and lasting peace for Ukraine”.
Liberal -Democratic leader Sir Ed Davey said that the Prime Minister should use Mr. Trump's visit to use the US security guarantees.
Asked if he thinks the visit should be canceled, he said, “No, I don't do that.
“What we have always said in the Liberal Democrats is that the state visit must be used to guarantee guarantees for Ukraine.”
