Bron-An-au, in Ericri, Snowdonia, will open a High Street-Ambassade later this year, while a national anthem is created by a well-known musician from the US.
The new nation will be its head office in an 18th -century house in Eryri, coupled with the former rock band Led Zeppelin.
In the meantime, there are also plans to appoint a 'duke' as a ceremonial head of state, Noord -Wales Live First reported.
A constitution is said to be drawn up and the national budget comes from artistic and musical projects.
Bron-An-au plan plans for his self-aware status to bring together worldwide networks of musicians and artists.
Scott Roe, who lives in the house, coupled with Led Zeppelin, said: 'There are so many people around the world who do not realize that Wales is a country and that Welsh is a living language.
“That is even the case with some people on this island (Great Britain).”

Bron-An-au used to be the home of a shepherd and became a holiday home of the family of the future Led Zeppelin singer Robert Plant.
In 1970, Plant and guitarist Jimmy Page returned to the house to write their third album.
An open invitation has been created, giving people the chance to become one of the 25 founders of the new nation.
Their participation will not form a government, but will be a way to share hope of responsibilities.
“We are approached by hundreds of people around the world who want to do different projects,” said Mr. Roe.
Micronations are miniature, self -proclaimed independent states that are not recognized by other sovereign states.
Sealand's principality is a micronation in the North Sea, located off the coast of England.
It is one of the most famous micronations in the world.
