Parents of Texas remained furious when their children from high school -going children with tattoos came home from the lesson.
Ashley Armstrong said her 11-year-old son, Jordan, told her that a boy in his class at Travis Intermediate School approached him on Tuesday and gave him tattoos about his arms and 'I Heart My Lord' and 'JC' ran on his hands.
“He got punishment for it. He knows better, “she told Fox 4 News. “He shouldn't have done it in the first place.”
The same needle used on Jordan was then used to tattoo even more high school students, Armstrong noted, and claimed that more than a dozen other parents her names to say that their children were also tattooed.
The school nurse even insisted on parents of each of the students to have their blood tested immediately for infections.
Fortunately, Jordan's test results came back negatively, but Armstrong says that she is still worried about any long -term effects, including whether the tattoos Jordan will permanently leave scars.
“This can influence him. She has a serious influence on him, “she said. “I don't let that.”
Greenville Independent School District Officaries have since released a statement stating that they are 'aware' that 'students gave each other tattoos with the help of temporary ink and the same needle.'

“Due to the relevant health and security risks, the district immediately started an investigation,” the district placed on social media.
'At the moment, teachers who have been assigned to the classrooms where the incident would have occurred have been suspended pending the outcome of an investigation. Their role in this matter will be revised to determine whether further disciplinary measures are justified. '
“The district administration strongly condemns the alleged activities and will not tolerate such behavior,” it continued.
The teachers who allegedly let the students have ink themselves ink themselves, are not identified, but the Herald Banner reports that there were only two that were suspended.
In the meantime, district officials say, it works together with local law enforcement to identify all students involved.
“An extensive overview of the affected campus will be carried out to ensure that the incident in question remains an isolated event and does not happen again,” says the online statement.
