A former nurse who reportedly threatened to kill Jewish patients in images that Australia shocked has been sued.
Ahmad Rashad Nadir was arrested on Tuesday evening by the police of NSW.
He was accused of using a transport service to threaten a forbidden medicine, to bother or insult and possess.
Nadir appeared earlier this month in a video alongside colleague nurse Sarah Abu Lebdeh, where they brag about withholding Israeli patients and they even kill them.
He has received bail and will appear in court on March 19.
It is understood that Nadir 'received continuous medical treatment', which delayed the ability to charge him.
His arrest comes more than a week after detectives had sued the 26-year-old Lebdeh when she went with her lawyer in southern Sydney in South Sydney on Tuesday at about 7.30 pm.

Nadir and Abu Lebdeh dressed in NSW Health Scrubs in the Bankstown Hospital, is said to have gone to an anti -Semitic tirade in a viral video that was placed on social media on social media on 12 February

Nadir is accused of using a transport service to threaten a forbidden medicine, harass and insult and possess
The Condell Park woman was accused of three Commonwealth crimes: the threat of violence for the group, the use of a transport service to threaten to kill and use a transport service to threaten/harass/insult.
She received conditional bail and is planned to appear on Downing Center Local Court on 19 March.
In the night of 13 February, a day after the alleged anti -Semitic video was placed on social media, Nadir was brought to the hospital in the midst of his mental health.
At the time, the police confirmed that emergency services were called to his house in the western suburb of Sydney of Bankstown because of concern about his well -being.
It is unclear how much of the time of Nadir has been spent in the hospital, and in his mansion of Bankstown, since then.
Both nurses were rejected by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of NSW, which means that they are unable to practice everywhere in Australia.
