Payton Mcnabb, a former high school girl volleyball player who had been left with serious brain damage after a transgender -opponent had hit the face, was amazed by an offer from President Donald Trump.
McNabb was 17 when a ball enriched by a trans -opponent struck her in the face, threw her on the floor and left her unconscious while playing a volleyball game in September 2022.
McNabb was left with brain damage and paralysis on her right side, which ended her dreams to get a volleyball college and made it difficult to walk without falling.
Now 19, she has conducted a campaign in recent years to prevent transatletes from participating in women's sports and was even one of the president's guests when he signed the Executive Order of 'No Men in Women's Sports in the White House last month.
And this week, the supreme commander expanded a new invitation to the teenager with McNabb to become a guest at his joint address to the congress on Tuesday evening.
“It's just such an incredible honor, and I am so grateful and I can't believe I am invited,” she told Fox News about the offer.

President Donald Trump has invited McNabb for his joint speech to congress on Tuesday evening

McNabb, together with conservative activist Riley Gaines, went to the White House last month when Trump signed the executive order 'No Men in Women's Sports'
“I know that President Trump really supports what we are fighting for and for which I have been arguing for more than two years. And he is really big in the release of men of the sport of women and from their spaces.
“So I think this is just his way to let us know that he sees us and he is with us, and I am just so grateful for that.”
McNabb was a junior at the Hiwassee Dam High School in Murphy, North Carolina when she was hit by a ball that drove 70 km / h while she was in a competition.
The ball was struck by a transgender player in the other team and McNABB was beaten unconscious on the floor for 30 seconds with her arms upright in a 'screens' position.
Doctors diagnosed her with a traumatic brain injury, concussion, paralysis on her right side, whiplash and vision problems.
McNabb said she did not expect Trump to talk about her own specific experience during his address, but known that it would be 'insane' if he did.
“I know he tackles many important things,” she said. “So I'm not going to accept anything. But if he does that, then I become so grateful and just very, very happy. '

In April 2023, Payton decided to testify at the general meeting of North Carolina in favor of fairness in the sports account for women
Now a communication student at Western Carolina University, MCNABB told DailyMail.com last year that she continues to struggle to move the right side of her body.
Her mental sharpness is also damaged and damages its academic performance. MCNABB requires extra tutoring and extra time during tests because of the damage.
And she has struggled with a much worse vision, fear and depression while fighting to recover from her injuries.
The student – who played volleyball, softball and basketball – in the beginning also let her sporty career short and said that she can no longer play as she knows she used to.
