David Speirs will negotiate with public prosecutors about two drug costs after images of the former South Australian liberal leader who seem to sniff a white substance of a sign in his house.
Mr. Speirs has the court of Adelaide Magistrates for his second performance on Tuesday, since he was charged in September last year.
Immediately of public persecutions Martin Hinton KC confirmed that he would continue with two counts of the same indictment Delivering or administering a medicine that is not a cannabis to another person.
Mr. Speirs was originally confronted with two charges, but one charge was withdrawn and the other was varied.
Judicial documents now show that the data of the alleged violations have been changed to 1 August and from 1-10 August in Kingston Park in Adelaide.
Mr. Speirs does not yet have to introduce any pleas in response to the allegations.
Outside the court, Mr Speirs said that the change of one indictment to two was 'normal administrative'.
He told the media scrum that he would “want to see a resolution instead of later.”

“But I respect the judicial processes of this state,” said Mr. Speirs.
“I'm just looking forward to working the process in a logical and methodical way.”
On September 9, News Corp published a video that reportedly showed Speir's that sniff a powder. He explained the images as a 'deepfake' and promised to erase his name.
Two days later he took medical leave and said that in recent days it had been 'exceptionally painful' and that he was exceptionally vulnerable and in danger '.
On October 5, Mr Speirs released a video report stating that he did not believe that he could “adequately and effectively serve my local community, while he also had to do with this issue, protect my mental health and support my family and friends.”
“Because accusations of illegal substance use in my house became public, my house was attacked by armed police, I was arrested and I was interrogated,” he said.
The former opposition leader resigned from parliament on 15 October and cleared the way for an interim election in his Southern Adelaide seat last November, which was won by labor candidate Alex Digrton.
He has been embroiled in controversy since he left leadership on 8 August and stated that he had “just had an invested” leadership speculation and did not have the energy to keep fighting.

During his first performance in November, Mr. Speirs received permission to travel abroad.
His lawyer Dominic Agresta asked that his client's bail was varied to enable him to travel abroad.
Public Prosecutors agreed that Mr Speirs' passport would be sent back to him, but he must submit his travel schedule to the police and offer a guarantee for $ 15,000, with a similar cash deposit.
No details of his destination were given before the court, but he was ordered to report to the police on his return from abroad and to return his passport.
He is planned to appear in court at the end of March.
