A man who is reportedly travels under a fake name is accused of making bomb threats during a flight to Brisbane from Sydney Airport.
The 44-year-old man was heard by other passengers who made references to a bomb while talking on his phone before taking off on January 14.
He was accompanied from the plane by police officers who later discovered that the man is said to travel under a fake name.
The plane was searched and no threat of a bomb was detected.
The man has since been accused of one census of taking a constitutional flight with a ticket obtained with false identity information and one counting of imminent aviation security.
He will appear in Downing Center Local Court on Wednesday.
The costs has a maximum fine of 12 months in prison and a fine of $ 16,000.
