Investors of real estate retreat faster to Florida than in the rest of the US, while the state's ownership crisis deteriorates.
From the top five areas where the purchases of investors have fallen the most, there are three in Florida, according to a Redfin report.
With its warm weather, beautiful beaches, affordable houses and no state tax, Florida, Florida attracted investors who wanted to turn houses around or generate rental income.
