A neighborhood in Los Angeles is terrorized by a strange man lurking at night.
In the past six months, residents of a Panorama City district say they are subject to intimidation by the unknown man who lies around at night.
Allegedly the suspect drives to the neighborhood in his Nissan Titan SUV with his hazard lights, according to KTLA.
Images taken by surveillance cameras show that the man gets out of his car, runs in a driving requirement and jumps over fences and sneak into the back garden.
He was last spotted nearby on Tuesday evening, and this time he wore a pocket knife that he used to cut the tires of several vehicles.
The man was filmed to walk to the vehicles that were parked outside several houses.
Tarn -long neighbors, who covered their faces while they spoke to the media, say they don't know the man or what his motives can be.

Residents say that the LAPD has told them that they cannot respond to the scene if no one has been injured or nothing has been stolen
“He could be someone trying to steal things or we don't know if he's a rapist or something. We have no idea, “a resident of the neighborhood called Frank told the local outlet.
Strangely enough, the suspect never tries to hide his face and surveillance cameras have conquered a partial license plate on his car.
Nevertheless, the inhabitants of the area have not been able to identify or find out what his motives are without the help of the police.
Frustrated neighbors say they have tried to call the police, but have been told that nothing can be done if no one was injured and nothing was stolen.
“What if something happens more serious?” Neighbor Maria told Ktla.
“What if he becomes more brutal that he will knock on our doors or do something with us?”
Neighbors of the area have submitted a police report and added that they hope that the lurer will be caught quickly.
Until then they say they will remain afraid that the man will return and a confrontation can become dangerous or even fatal.
