A 'beautiful' four -year -old girl who died in a house fire in Manchester is depicted for the first time.
It comes as the police have revealed tonight that a 44-year-old woman who has been arrested about the tragedy is now confronted with a possible indictment for murder.
Lesma-Rose Wibier was described by mourning family members as the 'star' of their families and 'The most beautiful girl inside and outside', issued in a statement through the police.
The police also revealed a woman, 44, arrested on suspicion of arson with the intention of jeopardizing life after Sunday's horrific incident in Manchester was later revived on suspicion of murder and was assessed under the Mental Health Act.
Her family tributed to the young victim: 'Lesma-Rose was the star of the family. Everyone who knew her knew she was the most beautiful girl inside and out.
“She always had a smile on her face and could put the same on others. She was such a smart and intelligent girl in her own unique ways, and she will be deeply missed by everyone who was blessed to meet her. '
Greater Manchester Police said about the arrested woman who was known to the child: 'She was later rejected on suspicion of murder. She has been held under the Mental Health Act and is currently waiting for further assessment. '
Lesma-Rose died after the fire broke out on a terrace form, in Gateeshead Close, Rusholme Manchester, around 12.35 on Sundays.

They quickly extinguished the fire and the girl, who had been seriously injured, was taken to the hospital by paramedics.
But tragically enough she could not be saved and she died a short time later from her injuries.
Proof of smoke damage was shown today on the upper windows of the red brick house.
Ben Levy, area manager for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service, said on Sunday that crews from four stations attended the fire.
“I want to pass on everyone's participation at Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service to the family and friends of the young girl who lost her life in tragic after this incident,” he said.
“Our thoughts are with them during this sad and difficult time.”
Detective -Head inspector Charlotte Whalley, of the biggest incident team of the Greater Manchester police, said that her officers would “not leave a stone undisturbed” while investigating the circumstances of the fire.
“This terrible incident has seen the tragic death of a young girl,” said DCI Whalley. 'I would like to send my participation to her friends and family. Countless emergency services attended the scene and everything did their utmost to save her.
'A woman has been arrested and she is known to the child. There is no broader threat to the community and no one else is being sought in connection with the investigation.
“These tragic incidents will of course of course cause worries, but I want to reassure the public that we fully investigate all the circumstances of the fire and not let any stone undisturbed while we do this work.”
The Senior Officer also appealed to anyone with information to contact Crimestoppers via 101 or anonymously.
