The owner of a remote Welsh Cottage that inspired Led Zeppelin has explained independence of the UK and set up his own country.
Scott Roe, owner of Bron-An-au in Eryri, Snowdonia, wants to turn his iconic house and the country around it into a micronation.
He has created passports and has plans for taxes and embassies around the world.
The Bron-An-aur Cottage was used as a holiday home in the 1950s by the family of Robert Plant and the Led Zeppelin frontman returned to the house in the 1970s with his band members.
Mr Roe is a former boss of record label that has become ecologist and singer-songwriter.
He was the idea while writing a song about John Lennon's vision to find Nutopia – a utopian country without laws 'except Cosmic', the sun reported.
A flag and coat of arms are designed for the new micronation and Mr. Roe is working on putting together a national anthem.
The income of the nation will come from rich financiers and selling citizenship to members of the public.

During their stay in the house in the 1970s, Led Zeppelin used the house as a retreat to write music and escape from the crowd fans who followed them through the country.
It was in the idyllic setting that the band wrote some of their most famous hits, including Stairway to Heaven and Bron-An_Aaur Stomp.
The cottage then became a cherished location of Rock Folklore and attracts thousands of fans every year.
Mr. Roe said he welcomed fans from all over the world, including families from Vietnam who spent their life horses on a pilgrimage to his house.
The house still gets its water from the same current that it did in the 1970s. It has a small hydroelectric generator and wind turbine to produce its energy and it is 80 percent self-sufficient for food.
There is no broadband cable and no mobile telephone signal.
Under his plans for his new country, he will give at least five percent to foreign help, more than any other nation in the world.
Although 50 percent of the foreign auxiliary budget will be spent on the first embassy in the country, a few miles away in the city of Machynnleth.

Mr. Roe said: 'Everyone will get a voice, but the founders will have more control. There will be elections and people can vote in one way or another.
'Creativity, sustainability and well -being will be the pillars of the new state. People can come here and learn how we do things.
'We run the priorities that Nations have on their heads. We will have health, recipes, music and creativity and foreign help at the top of our agenda.
'We must follow the protocol to become a state. We will have to contact other countries and ask to recognize ourselves. '
Mr. Roe is planning to write letters to Sir Keir Starmer and King Charles and asks for recognition as a state.
The former owner of the record label withdrew into his decent life in Wales after a business meeting in Cannes in 2010, where he realized that he had become a 'suit' and no longer helped artists.
He moved to the holiday home of his wife of Bron-An-aur, where the family already had land and created their own nature reserve.
Here he followed in the footsteps of Led Zeppelin and started writing music, which he had not done since his childhood.

Last year under his stage name Boohai he released an album with the name Entropy for Beginners, who collaborated with artists from all over the world.
Once while staying in the house, he discovered a plectrum that belonged to Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page.
By chance, Page appeared only ten days later to the house.
It was the first visit of the Rockstar to the house since his trip with the band in the 70s.
Mr. Roe said that Jimmy Page 'blessed' was that he could have found the house again and even helped him look for the lost plectrum.
An open invitation has been created, giving people the chance to become one of the 25 founders of the new nation.
Their participation will not form a government, but will be a way to share hope of responsibilities.
Micronations are miniature, self -proclaimed independent states that are not recognized by other sovereign states.
Sealand's principality is a micronation in the North Sea, located off the coast of England.
It is one of the most famous micronations in the world.
