The stewardess of Alaska Airlines, which was fired for TWERS on board, said that her termination was 'unfair' and that she had no idea that it is 'considered inappropriate'.
Nelle Diala was fired from her 'dream job' after a video she placed on Tiktok from her work on an empty plane went viral in November 2024.
Diala gained more than 72,000 views, but when her former employer got it, her career was terminated at the airline.
Now the resident of San Francisco has emotionally explained her side of the story and said that she chose to dance on the plane as an innocent way to start her working day.
“I just decided to take advantage of the moment, to wake myself up and in principle to hyped myself for my day,” she told Inside Edition.
After the dance video of 20 seconds went viral, the airline told her that it was being fired, only six months after her contract.
“They just said that I broke their social media policy,” Diala said, adding that she couldn't explain her actions.
“I took such a proud view of every time I got on that plane, and for them to end me without giving me a chance, it was just unfair,” she went on.
Diala also said in a report that the airline “discriminated against” because the viral clip “was aimed at the urban community.”

“So of course the company would like to embrace 'all cultures', but leave the minority girl out of the ghetto,” she added.
The former stewardess also said that the video was intended as a festive response to completing its probation period of six months with the airline.
“I was really proud of myself that I got that far. I just didn't think that my video and my message and the way I danced would be considered inappropriate, “said Diala.
“I didn't think, you know, being so happy, could become something like that.”
After her first post of the video, Diala then placed the Twerken Clip again with a new caption: 'Can't even be yourself anymore, without the world being so sensitive. What is wrong with a little bit of work before work, people pretend they have never done that before. '
The images were placed together with a hashtag #discriminationisreal. Her Tiktokpage has since been made private.
Shortly after she was released, Diala launched a GoFundMe page to help her meet 'to meet because of this sudden loss of income'.
The page, which no longer accepts donations, has collected more than $ 3,300.
Diala described herself as a “faulty stewardess” and added: “I never thought a single moment would cost me everything.”

'One day, during a stopover, I posted an airy video on my personal social media account. It was a harmless clip that was admitted at 6 am while waiting for 2 hours for pilots.
'I also celebrated the end of the probationary period and made it out of a hard upbringing in San Francisco, Ca.
'Life-Like that many people in the industry can relate to. The video went viral at night, but instead of love and support, the unexpected research brought up. Although it was a bad decision on my behalf, I didn't think it would cost me my dream job, “she said.
She then described how her former employer responded to the clip and added: 'I explained that the video was not meant to harm someone or the company, but they did not want to listen.
“They ended me without warning. No discussion, no chance to defend myself – and no chance of a thorough and good investigation. '
Diala, who said that she has been 'always careful' about what she shares online, also noted that during her time at Alaska Airlines she suffered a personal loss.
'Between those 6 months both English Bulldogs died unexpectedly, my relationship was rocky because of the time I spent, but I loved my work – playing new people, seeing the world and creating a safe, hospitable environment for passengers. It was not always easy, but I was proud of what I did, “Diala wrote.

She also said that although a stewardess was her dream career, she used her income to finance her 'thriving lingerie and dessert activities'.
The aspiring business owner was quickly investigated online, because some people applaud the response from the airline, while others supported the brutal clip of the former stewardess.
'Of course she deserved to lose her job. She chose to violate the social media policy of Alaska Airlines, that all Alaska employees must follow when they are hired. She was fired, “said a tap user user.

'Shame Alaska Airlines because they are so overly sensitive. We will ensure that UU supports via GFM, 'another commented.
