This is the shocking moment that a driver of a weapon -dependent food delivery and his sons aggressively confronts a customer in a row over a cold kebab.
Sadiq Yildirim, 57, and sons Ckez, 26, and Erkan, 31, were trapped on a door belf film that waved metal poles like a heated row over a take -away meal in a quiet neighborhood in Dumfries, Scotland, last July.
The ugly row broke out after customer Jason Goldie complained that their £ 35 just East Order was too late and arrived cold.
The furious customer threw the food back in the delivery vehicle where Yildrim was and led to a street snack for shocked neighbors.
Yildrim then called in his sons, Erkan, who rattled the windows of the victim and demanded that he came out, and Cerkez, who threatened to launch an attack with a metal pole while neighbors tried to intervene.
The fight was filmed by residents and on a doorbell camera, with images played on Dumfries Sheriff Court.
The three family members were told by Seriff Colm Dempsey: 'This was a fairly outrageous incident.
'You, Sadik Yildirim, should have just left instead of getting out of the car.

'By leaving the car and dealing with Mr. Goldie, you have easily worse the situation.
“Your sons then got involved and were important completely out of hand, completely disproportionate to what happened.”
The sun reports that the temperature flared up when Mr. Goldie Yildirim accused of having food deposited two hours late and lukewarm out of his family in Dumfries.
The court heard that he was walking away and threw the Pitta meal in Yildrim's car and shouted, “Here is your kebab.”
The court heard that the director hit him on the back with a tow bar while he walked away.
Mr. Goldie is then said to have taken a golf club out of his house and struck him back before the sons appeared.
Cerkez shouted, swore and grabbed the metal pole, while also raging the customer's wife.
Collectable boss Erkan rattled their windows and shouted in: “I swear that I won't leave here – come out and fight against your F *** ING P ****.
In the images, neighbors can be heard that the brothers call a 'pair of bullies' and shout against them not to attack a dog that roamed around the fight.

Yildirim was instructed to complete 100 hours of community service, reduced from 110 hours after his culprit plea. Erkan and his brother Cerkez both received 90 hours of unpaid work reduced from 100 hours
The court heard that Cerkez 'approached' spectators with a metal beam, 'so they ran inside and lock the doors'.
The three family members only left when Mr. Goldie's wife called the police.
All three men have guilty in January for accusations of threatening and offensive behavior. They have now been convicted.
