The 43-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills-Alum launched the podcast in 2022 with Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge.
It is almost a month since Mellencamp underwent surgery to remove 'multiple tumors' from her brain, and she is still in recovery.
The reality star went to her Instagram story on Thursday, just before she received a cat scan, to offer fans on her podcast an update.
However, she revealed after the cat scan that they found no fewer than five tumors – two in her lungs and three more in her brain.
'Update of scans today: I have two more tumors on my lungs and three other tumors in my brain, but doctors say that hopefully can be removed with immunotherapy. That starts on Tuesday, “she said.

She added: 'I also remembered the year I was born today !!! July 1, 1981. I also know all the names of Angelina's children. No idea what year it is today. '
“I'm waiting for my cat scan now. I have seen all your messages, asked when I go back to the pod, “Mellencamp started.
“I don't really know. I would assume that next week, but I listen to what the doctors and my bosses think is best for my brain, “she admitted.
