A three-year-old mother was subjected to a campaign of 'misery, bullying and intimidation' by her nightmare neighbor about a dispute about Wheelie-Bakken and Parking.
Barry, 46, and Faye Mahon, 45, moved in their home in the quiet street of Trance Close, Cheshire, in 2004 – but soon endured 'misery' by Susan Graham, 69, who lived next to the door.
The running row saw her block their ride with her car and place her blue container in front of their motorcycle.
And last week, Graham was again in court after violating an order that instructed her to remove CCTV cameras at her home – and was fined £ 85.
“Susan just blocked our ride and parking outside the house, so when my wife came home from the shops or anywhere, she couldn't get on our ride,” said three of three Barry father.
'We had a blue container and she would place it in front of our car, so we had to move it before we went. She was just so weird. '
Barry and Faye spoke with Susan's husband, Alan Graham, about their frustrations and he agreed to talk about it with his partner.
But one day the dispute came to a head when Faye took a glimpse of retired Susan who stared at her from her front door while she went back to the back of her own bin.
In a frustrated plea, mental health worker Faye said to Susan: “You know what love, you have to pay more attention to what your husband says to you instead of what I do with my bins.”
Susan, however, made such a comment as a hint that her husband had not been 'to no good' and went back angry: 'You are just a repairable small S *** and when someone like me is against you, you will not like it.

'You should make a backup of what you say, love, you want to find out your mouth. I can support mine.
'You picked me up. If I see you alone, I get you. '
The dirty exchange, where Faye's young daughter was witness, landed Susan with a criminal behavioral assignment (CBO) – of which her neighbors hoped she would solve the problem.
“But it made no difference to be honest and she still went on,” said Barry.
'When you called the police, they were just patronizing and they just saw it as a neighborhood dispute. We could not let the children play outside. '
Susan soon found himself at Chester Magistrates' Court about breaches of her CBO – which prevents her from parking on her neighbor's ownership or the driveway and forbids it to place items on their country, including in bins, plant pots and garden ornaments.
In October the pensioner received a fine of £ 200 and ordered her CCTV cameras to move after the order was violated by filming a person and a vehicle that is not connected to her family.

Susan, however, did not succeed in moving in her cameras and appeared again last week to the court where she had admitted the infringement and was bound for more than 12 months in a sum of £ 150. She was ordered to pay £ 85 in costs.
“There was a violation of the current order of criminal behavior, which was on October 7, 2024. As a result, the court ordered the suspect to bring her cameras down,” said prosecution, Will Griffin.
'I understand that she has a ring doorbell and that causes no problem. They are only new cameras. A binding would be a wise way to deal with this.
Lawyer for Susan Graham, Alex Dunn said: 'Because Mrs. Graham was last in court, she received further advice from the judge with regard to down the cameras. She did that and the cameras have been removed.
'Since then she has installed a ring doorbell and asked approval. That was agreed that was accepted by the police. '
The Cheshire police said that Susan Graham had made life of her neighbors, who have now moved, “a misery for a number of years.”
“I had conversations with her husband after she had constantly put her trash can at the bottom of the ride to stop me and he agreed that he would have a chat with her,” said the affected Faye Mahon.
'I felt really scared – I never fought with anyone in my life and I have never fought or anything. I was scared and I thought she would beat me together. '
