She said: 'At the moment! I am launching my company, as always, which has been my heart for years.
'Every day I learn as much as founder. At the same time I take baby steps and major steps, make mistakes and learn from them, and really work to find all the joy while diving in the creative process and the company.
'Being in the grainy parts of the company gives me the same feeling when I am gardening: bare hands in the ground, planting a seed with so much care and cherishing as it grows.
“There is something stimulating about being in the forty and changing my passion project in a company – and sharing that with the world.”
Kate Middleton also marked the International Women's Day with a moving tribute to the 17-year-old photographer Liz Hatton-Die died of cancer at the end of last year.
The princess of Wales, 43, went to Instagram on Saturday afternoon to celebrate the 'non-reversing resilience' of the 17-year-old and her mother Vicky.
In one of a number of messages dedicated to women who have 'inspired her', Kate wrote: 'The power, resilience and creativity of Liz and her mother Vicky celebrate, it was an honor to meet them both in Windsor in November.
'Liz's memory lives on in Vicky's relentless resilience.
“Thanks for such a moving moment.”
Liz died in her house in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, in November, less than a year after the diagnosis of an incurable demoplastic small round cell tumor.
A huge talented photographer, she has put together an inspiring 'bucket list' of assignments to complete in the last months of her life, which reached the ears of the future king and queen.
She was invited by them to Windsor Castle to photograph an investment that William held and to her surprise was asked to have tea with the couple afterwards.

Meghan Markle has renewed her new Netflix show 'for a second season' just a few days after the first episodes were designed by critics and fans

Meghan Markle on her new show, which according to reports for a second season has been renewed for a second season
Meghan Show contains her inviting famous friends for an estate in California where she shares cooking, garden and hosting tips.
However, the new series was closed by reviewers as 'Gormless Lifestyle Filler' with a 'tangible despair' after the release.
Others said it demonstrates that the Duchess tries to hold on to fame in all possible ways, “while another described how she was' joy of children 'party bags with seeds'.
Guardian TV writer Stuart Heritage said that the series 'was so pointless that it might be the last TV show of Sussexes' and 'perhaps also the last thing is that she makes for Netflix'.
De Telegraaf gave the show only two stars. In a review they said that the series was a 'practice in narcissism, filled with extravagant brunches, famous friends and business plugs'.
In one episode, Meghan insisted that her last name Sussex was when she corrected her famous friend and the Office star Mindy Kaling.
The Duchess of Sussex called himself a 'LatchKey Kid' that 'grew up with a lot of fast food and TV dinners', with a list of US Chains Pollo Loco, Taco Bell and Jack in the Box.
But Mindy seemed to come under Meghan's skin with her reaction because she said, “I don't think someone in the world knows that Meghan Markle Jack has eaten in the box and loves it.”

The Duchess shared a sweet gift from her husband and children. Meghan shared a photo of a large bouquet of flowers with a special map of her family. “Congratulations mumma!” It reads. “We love your show, and we love you.” The note is signed 'Lili, Archie and Dad'.

She tried to hide her frown with a smile, replied: “It's so funny that you keep saying Meghan Markle, you know I'm Sussex now.”
Meghan shared a number of recipes in the series, including for spaghetti, a honey and lemon cake and a cooked breakfast.
Meghan said her new show had helped her to 'find' again.
But despite her huge two million-strong supporters on social media, she insisted that instead she saw as a 'female founder' and 'entrepreneur' instead of a influencer.
Since Harry and Meghan signed the Mega deal with Netflix in 2020, there has been one hit and three relative guys.
The biographical 'Harry & Meghan' was the largest documentary debut of the streaming service, viewed in nearly 29 million households in the first four days and turned out to be a global sensation.
But Polo, a sports docuseries, to live live – which focused on 'Global Justice Activists' – and Heart of Invictus, about Harry's games for wounded soldiers, proven moderate additions that did not set fire to the viewing figures for the streaming service.
