Pronounced conservative activist Riley Gaines has reminded himself of the feeling of being 'violated' by being forced to share a dressing room with a transgenderatleet.
Gaines, now 24, while swimming for the University of Kentucky in the 200-Yard NCAA Freestyle Championship for fifth place with the University of Pennsylvania swimmer Lia Thomas in 2022.
Thomas, formerly known as Will Thomas, became the first transgenderatleet to win an NCAA Division 1 title in the same year.
Gaines has been vocal in her opposition to allow transatletes to compete in sports sport and has devoted a campaign on this issue over the past two years.
And now she has again discussed the subject and the lid was lifted when sharing a dressing room with Thomas.

“I can't even put the feelings of violation into words. It is humiliating. It is uncomfortable. It's embarrassing. It is uncomfortable. But the most important thing is that I remember that I felt so betrayed through my university, by the NCAA, by people I believed they had our best interests in heart and soul. And in an instant they threw our rights to privacy as women completely out of the window.
“What we saw as a result was women, instead of entering the dressing room to undress, they found other points of sale. I know that there were different girls, several of my teammates, who chose to turn into the caretaker's closet next to dirty thick pug instead of being exposed and exploited to a naked man.
“So when they talk about 'inclusiveness', what that is real, exclusivity and what they exclude is women from the changing rooms of women.”
From 2017-2020, Thomas had participated for the Swimming Team of Upenn Heren under the name Wil before he was presented to the women's team in the autumn of 2019.
She finished first in the 500 and 200-Yard Freestyle races at the Ivy League championships 2022.
In the meantime Gaines was invited to Donald Trump's address at the congress on Tuesday evening when the president focused his focus to keep transatations out of sports sports.
The subject had been a big driving force in his election last November and Trump chose to emphasize the story of Payton McNabb, a former volleyball player in high school who was left with brain damage after he was paved in the face during his speech by a translucent opponent.
Trump's speech came after he surrounded himself with female athletes and activists, including Gaines, in the White House last month to sign an executive order with persuasion to women's sports.

The order uses Title IX, a law against sexual discrimination by the taxpayer -financed educational programs, to prohibit transgender girls and women to participate in female school sports activities.
Trump said that his new State Secretary Marco Rubio 'will make it clear to the International Olympic Committee' that “America rejects categorically transgender Lunacy.”
“We want them to change everything that has to do with the Olympic Games and have to do with this absolutely ridiculous subject,” Trump continued.
The promise was one of the most popular Rally in Trump during the 2024 election campaign.
Many students and their parents expressed their concern about opportunities that women lost because of biological men who participated in their sport.
