A horrible lawsuit of sexual abuse against the husband of Mica Miller can only be the tip of the iceberg, with numerous other supposed victims considering similar action against the controversial spiritual, a lawyer claims.
John-Paul Miller, 44, was accused of a lawsuit that was filed last week for raping a 15-year-old girl in 1998 while working in his father's church in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, when he was 19.
Miller has been in an intensive public supervision since his wife, Mica, was found dead in April 2024 by a self -inflicted shot wound in a state park in North Carolina.
Her death came only a few days after she served Miller with divorce papers. Accusations of abuse appeared later and the FBI is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the suicide of the 30-year-old.
Now a prosecutor – only identified as 'Jane Doe' – claimed that Miller again sexually abused her more than two decades later in 2023 by grabbing her genitals without violence in public.
The woman claimed the most recent alleged attack 'caused oppressed memories of the 1998 incident, of which she previously had' no conscious memory '.
But things can get even worse for Miller, still, with the lawyer for Mica's family, Regina Ward, who told Dailymail.com that she has been in communication with several other women who consider to submit similar civil claims against Miller who claims abuse.
'My response to [Jane Doe’s lawsuit] Is that it is very similar to the pattern of offensive behavior that is shared by other alleged victims I spoke to, “Ward claimed.

Miller has fallen under a flood of public inquiry since his wife Mica Miller was found dead by a self -inflicted shot in April 2024, after accusations of abuse
“I can't reveal how many others there are, but let's say this is Jane doing number one.”
In last week's complaint, Miller's anonymous prosecutor claims that she had gone to Sunday school in Miller's Father's Church, All Nations Church, in 1998, when she says that a teenage miller – then a youth pastor – forced her in his father's office and closed the door behind them.
Miller would immediately have become 'aggressive' with Jane Doe and tried to physically overwhelm her while she begged him to stop.
The prosecutor claims that Miller then led her from his father's office, forced her in his truck and raped her.
The prosecutor was a virgin at the time of the alleged attack, according to the court case.
Years later she claims that she met Miller during a trip to Myrtle Beach with a friend in 2023.
Miller leaned forward to hug her before suddenly pushing his hands and without her permission to her pants and hit genitals, “the complaint claims.
Shortly thereafter, the pair was said to have reported to use his title as a pastor and to name the Scripture to 'justify sexual misconduct'.
The complaint claims that Miller replied: 'Nobody is without sin and temptation. God understands that, “quotes a script.
The complaint from Doe notes that the alleged sexual attack from 2023 has caused suppressed memories of the supposed rape of 1998.
The complaint also mentions Miller's father, Reginald Wayne Miller, as a defendant, as well as their religious preferences, All Nations Cathedral Church, formerly Cathedral Baptist Church of the Grand Strand and Solid Rock Ministries.
“Behind their religious facade, John -Paul Miller and Reginald Wayne Miller were concerned with sexual abuse and predatory behavior – often aimed at minors,” the complaint reads.
“They used their power positions to manipulate and exploit vulnerable victims while hiding their actions from the public.”
“Their failure to create and force the right policy was not only negligent, but reckless and deliberate, because they ignored clear warning signals and minors and not warning their families of the dangers within the church,” the complaint continues.

The FBI searched Miller's house in November. The reason for that search was not announced

The lawsuit also mentioned two sworn sworn stamps, one of Miller's ex-wife Alison Williams and another by Susan Miller, his father's ex-wife.
In the sworn explanation of Williams from 2024, she testified that Miller had known that she was sexually inappropriate with 'different minor female members of their church'.
Williams said Miller had tried to justify his behavior by pointing to his own history of sexual abuse from childhood, reportedly committed by his father.
She also said that Miller had been instructed to undergo a rehabilitation program for sexual addiction, although she claims that he never completed it.
The testimony of Susan Miller from 2007 now describes how Miller's father reportedly “physically and emotionally abused his family.”
Miller also testified that she had heard 'rumors' and 'sexual insinuation' about her former husband.
Several young men had come across the older Miller earlier in 1989 and WP said that he had brought sexual progress to them.
Lawyer Randall Hood, who represents the woman, said she felt compelled to come forward after learning the death of Miller's wife – insisting that she felt 'immense guilt' and believed that she could have prevented more angry if she had spoken earlier.
Hood added that the prosecutor heard that there had been 'several other victims' over the years and wanted to ensure that no other women could be the victim.
Ward told DailyMail.com that she believes that more alleged victims will speak soon.
'Victims of this kind of abuse do not want to come up with these allegations, especially against a pastor or school leadership, because there is always a fear that the victim will not be believed, so someone is brave to come forward. Period, “shared ward.
'Some individuals with whom I have spoken, I hope they will find the courage to come forward and join forces with Jane do number one – I encourage them to do that.
'Everyone who has fallen victim to him or his father. They have to come forward, seek a lawyer and get the support they need. '
Miller's lawyer refused to comment on the court case of Jane Doe.
He appeared before the court last week to ask for a street ban against three 'justice for Mica' demonstrators, of whom he is accused of physical abuse. The request was refused.
The three women – Alexandra Cuozzo, Melissa Pfeiffer and Sandra Caron – have been protesting for months outside of Miller's Church.
The protests have emerged from abuse and accusations of intimidation against Miller, who appeared in the aftermath of Mica's suicide.

Mica contacted the police several times in the months prior to her suicide for accusations against her husband, including claims that he 'cared for' her when he was a teenager.
Miller has strongly denied all allegations of care and abuse. He also suggested that Mica suffered from mental disorders and had tried suicide more than once.
The circumstances of Mica's death are currently being investigated by the FBI.
Ward was summoned by the office last June to deliver documents, including journal bookings and electronic evidence, with regard to the death of women.
Subsequently, federal authorities were seen in November who served a search order with Miller's Home.
A spokesperson for the agency refused to announce the reason for the search.
From last week, Ward said that she had not received any further information from the FBI, but will remain hopeful in the research results in an indictment.
'I don't know anything about the FBI research, but they took materials and other things from [Miller’s] At home, so you would assume that it will be assessed, “said Ward.
“Of course the family is hopeful that there will be an indictment, but we have not had any updates since the search order.”
Ward added that she did not spoke to Mica's family since Jane Doet's court case was tightened in Harry County on 25 February.
At the moment the family is preparing to celebrate Mica's first birthday since her death and choose to stay out of the spotlight, so that they can finally concentrate on mourning Mica's loss.
“This conquered the world, and they never took a moment to breathe and mourn to the loss of their beloved sister and daughter for almost a year,” Ward shared.
'They take the time to lean on each other. Her birthday is a very emotional time for them all, and they are planning to be together, away from the spotlights. '
