A Brazilian retired person was arrested after he is known to remove and eat the heart and genitals of a man.
Celso Marques Ferreira, 60, was found dead without his penis and part of his heart in a city square in the beach resort of Peruiberube a two -hour ride south of Sao Paulo.
A blood -stained note was left behind the mutilated body of the homeless person who claimed a woman known as 'Gringa' – the nickname of suspected Josefa Lima de Sousa was responsible.
A knife with dried blood on the knife was also found on the spot.
Van Josefa, 65, would have known the pathogenic crime after she had been held together with her partner – and claimed that she attacked her alleged victim after she discovered that he was a child abuser.
Allegedly she told the police that she had eaten his penis and heart after she had cooked them.
The 41-year-old man also arrested locally as Robson Aparecido de Oliveira, is connected to the crime by acquaintances who said he had threatened Celso shortly before being killed.
He has denied any involvement in the murder and mutilation of the victim, but researchers say they believe that Josefa would need help to perform the shocking actions she has known and could not have acted alone.

Detectives are supposed to hunt a third man who is assumed to have participated. They did not comment on the claims of the woman Oap Celso had sexually abused children.
The victim and the two prisoners lived on the street and it is thought that they regularly slept in the square where Celso's body was found.

Daiiane Dos Santos, then 34, entered a police station and claimed that she had acted out of revenge after she had discovered Gilberto Nogueira de Oliveira with her 15-year-old niece.
The professional cook switched the lights off at their house in Atibaia near Sao Paulo after offering her husband Kinky sex and tied his hands with a few of her underpants before he attacked Gilberto.
She told the police that she then rinsed his organ through De Loo because she wanted to make sure that it could not be sewn back.
The corresponding gas station and part -time taxi driver Gilberto organized an online campaign to try to pay for a prosthetic penis after he was taken to the hospital so that doctors could stop bleeding.
He struggled to get sufficient support and was forced to continue his life minus his masculinity.

Daiiane was sentenced to four years and eight months in prison on the horror December 22, 2023 attack.
It later appeared that Gilberto, 40, had forgiven his wife and visited her in prison.
Gilberto told local media at the time: 'My routine is almost normal. The routine that is not normal is the genitals, right?
'First because I am without my companion and secondly that I don't have the equipment. But my social life, work and other things are normal. '
