An 18-year-old man is accused of a series of alleged house invasions and sexual attacks on older women in western Sydney.
The teenager delivered himself on Monday evening just before 6 p.m. in the northern beaches of the city in the northern beaches of the city.
A week ago, detectives had released images of a man with whom they wanted to speak in connection with a series of attacks in Merrylands.
Multiple houses on Elsinore Street, Grace Crescent, Davies Road and Norma Place were reportedly the target between 2 and 6.20 pm on Thursday.
Two of the incidents concerned older women in the 80s.
The police claim that the man produced a knife and tried to attack one of the older women sexually, while another was sexually touched.
The 18-year-old man was accused of 16 offenses, including a heavy break and coming in, worsened sexual attack, armed robbery and multiple counts of sexual touch without permission.
The teenager was not obliged to appear personally when his case was mentioned on Tuesday by a lawyer for legal aid at Manly Local Court.
There was no bail request and he was taken into custody to appear on Parramatta Local Court on 1 May.
