Noel Clarke has claimed that the guardian 'has taken his life' and insisted that he is 'not what they have branded' to be the way he gave proof of his defamation test of the High Court.
The actor sues Guardian News and Media (GNM) about a series of articles from 2021 and 2022 with accusations of women accusing him of sexual misconduct.
Mr. Clarke strongly denies the allegations, while GNM has sworn to defend his journalism and both where and in public interest.

Clarke, who fights for £ 70 million in compensation, also wants to submit a claim about his conviction that the allegations have been manufactured in a conspiracy against him.
His lawyer Philip Williams told the court in written entries that the actor “clearly established the forgery of all allegations”.
He said that his client “was barely able to answer the accusations” published by the Guardian and “was seen as a criminal by everyone who previously trusted and worked with him.”
Millar said in his written entries that the Guardian “did not just accept what was said on it” and that “a lot of time and source was devoted to achieving the truth.”
He added that there is 'sufficient evidence' that all articles were true or substantial.
The process for Mrs. Justice Steyn is planned for six weeks.
