A bikie boss was one of the 14 people who were arrested on Monday in raids after a wave of anti-Semitic attacks in Sydney in recent months.
Sayad Moosawi, 34, a former Nomads Parramatta Chapter President, was arrested at the Burwood police station after he had been transferred from an NSW correction facility.
Moosawi is accused of leading two arson attacks on Bondi companies, including a brewery that was wrongly considered a Kosher Deli.
He was accused that he consciously directed the activities of a criminal group, to be an accessory for the fact to destroy ownership in company that uses a fire, and to be an accessory for the fact to damage ownership by fire or explosion.
Moosawi denies everything he was involved in the attacks and did not argue guilty through his lawyer at Waverley Local Court on Tuesday morning.
The arson attacks, reportedly directed by a shady figure who used the 'James Bond' handle in communication, focused on the Curly Lewis Brewery early in the morning of 13 October and a continental cuisine of Lewis a week later.
After the raids, 14 people were accused of a total of 65 offenses after investigating several anti -Semitic incidents in the east of Sydney between October and February.
Those who are being charged are between 18 and 41 years old and were arrested after orders and firearm prohibitions were carried out in buildings in the city.
