Sir Keir Starmer today ordered cabinet ministers to take 'responsibility' instead of 'outsourcing' decisions to supervisors and other bodies.
The prime minister stated on Thursday prior to his planned 'intervention', in which he is expected to further outlin the plans for a 're -movement of the British state'.
But despite his call to 'a strong, agile and active state', Sir Keir was told that actions speak louder than words, in the midst of accusations that the British in bureaucracy is nipping.
The Tories doubted Sir Keir's dedication to achieve economic growth, while pointing out how he set up a new Quango every week in his first six months in power.
As previously revealed by the Daily Mail, an analysis showed that Labor created 25 new quangos and so -called task forces and advisory councils for the end of 2024.
This was the same as an average of one per week since the general election victory of the party at the beginning of July last year.
The newly created authorities include Great British Energy, invoiced as an energy company owned and Border Security Command, to tackle the Channel Migrant Crisis.
Labor also promises to set up a new independent football regulator and a passenger standard authority to control the railways of Great Britain.

The Prime Minister used this morning's cabinet meeting to tell the ministers that he wanted to reverse a 'trend' under the previous Tory government of decisions made by other authorities.
Downing Street said that the prime minister warned that Labor should 'go further and faster to reform the state, to deliver a strong, agile and active state that delivers for working people'.
“This included the cabinet that assessed processes and regulations that do not play a role in supplying the plan for change,” said the official spokesperson for Sir Keir.
“And the government takes responsibility for decisions instead of outsourcing them to supervisors and authorities that had become the trend under the previous government.
'The Chancellor of the Duchy Lancaster [Pat McFadden] Added that this government believes in the power of the state to deliver safety and stability.
'But that the previous government has chosen an outdated approach to hire more people forever and spend more money.
“He outlined the changes he made to the civil service and the performance management to stimulate delivery, and the need for more digital and technical staff, related to what a large organization would have.”

Asked whether the government was planning a 'bonfire of the Quangos' – as former Prime Minister David Cameron once undertook – the spokesperson for Sir Keir would not be drawn on which specific supervisors or decisions could be influenced.
Tory MP Andrew Griffith, the Shadow Business Secretary, has questioned Sir Keir's dedication to question the bureaucracy.
He said: 'Words are cheap, but when it comes to actions, this government has launched a new Quango or Regulator almost every week.
“This week they spawn a new 'fair work' Quango as part of an employment account of more than 200 pages of bureaucracy with a further 263 pages with amendments that will suffocate growth and people will cost their jobs.”
Senior Labor Ministers have frustrated with supervisors in recent months.

In the meantime, the Minister of Justice is in a row in a row with the conviction council on guidance in which judges are asked to consider ethnicity in the decision whether the probation service is asked for a pre-sentence report on a perpetrator.

On Monday, Sir Keir and cabinet secretary Sir Chris Wormald wrote to all officials who called for a 're -movement of the British state'.
Their message included plans to reduce the civil servant device, while the share of officials in digital or data rolls will double by 2030.
